Water- and Steam-Resistant Sticky Silicone Gel Gasket Material
Inherently sticky, these silicone gel sheets conform to irregular surfaces and stay in place for an effective moisture barrier. They resist water, steam, salts, grease, oil, and detergents in low-pressure applications. Cut with scissors or a utility knife.
Sheets without a facing are sticky on both sides.
Sheets with a polyurethane foam facing are sticky on one side; the foam facing has open-cell construction, which allows water, air, and gases to be absorbed.

Ultra-High-Temperature Ceramic Gasket Material
Our highest temperature gasket sheets, these are made of high-alumina ceramic and can withstand temperatures up to 2600° F. Use them when a strong seal is required in boilers and furnaces. Cut with a utility knife.

Gasket Tape
Very soft and conformable, this expanded PTFE gasket tape compresses into an extremely thin profile. Use it to create a leak-resistant seal in tight-tolerance applications, such as on precision machinery. This tape is chemically inert, except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine.
Gasket tape that is made with FDA-listed material is for use with food and beverage.

EMI/RFI Shielding Gaskets
These gaskets absorb electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) to prevent inaccurate signals, flickering displays, and other electrical problems. They compress to fill gaps and complete a grounding path around doors and access panels.
Sheets work well between two flat surfaces.
Half-round gaskets work well in grooves. Use a gasket slightly thicker than the depth of the groove; it will compress to fill the gap.
Urethane foam gaskets block EMI and RFI in most applications. Adhesive-back gaskets are wrapped with conductive aluminum foil and stick on with a conductive adhesive. Plain-back gaskets are made with conductive silver wire.
Polyurethane foam gaskets are covered with either a conductive nickel/copper braided fabric or conductive aluminum foil. A nonconductive adhesive holds them in place. To protect sensitive equipment, they block at least twice as much interference as urethane foam gaskets. Cut these gaskets to length with scissors.
Gaskets that meet UL 94 HF-1 stop burning within two seconds if they catch on fire and won’t spread the fire by dripping. Gaskets that meet UL 94 V-0 self-extinguish within 10 seconds if they catch fire and won’t spread the fire by dripping.

Fabric-Covered Multipurpose Neoprene Foam Sheets
Just like the material found in wetsuits, these neoprene foam sheets are encased in nylon fabric for additional protection from wear caused by rubbing and abrasion. Neoprene foam has good resistance to water, sunlight, and oxidation, and it resists swelling when it comes into contact with oil. This foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed.
