Cut- and Cold-Protection Mitts
Protect your hands from wintry weather, frozen objects, and sharp edges. Easier to slip on or off than gloves, these mitts are a good choice for tasks that don’t require dexterity. All meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance. Their ANSI cut rating reflects the amount of force required to cut through them with a razor blade.
Mitts with an A6 cut rating are safe to use with cutting blades, knives, and sharp wire.

TIG Welding Gloves
Designed for TIG welding, these gloves are thinner than MIG gloves for more flexibility. Use them to shield your hands from welding sparks and spatter.
Deerskin gloves are supple and more flexible than other welding gloves.
Goatskin gloves are soft with good tactile sensitivity.
Kidskin gloves are softer, stronger, and provide more dexterity than goatskin.
Pigskin gloves won't stiffen when wet.
Gloves with a Kevlar lining meet the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, which designates levels of cut resistance based on the force needed to cut through the material of the glove using a razor blade.
Gloves with open cuffs are more convenient to put on and take off than other gloves.
Gloves that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted by import regulations.

MIG Welding Gloves
Protect hands from welding sparks and spatter during MIG welding. These gloves have better heat protection than TIG gloves.
Reinforced gloves have extra material in high-wear spots to extend their life. Gloves with an arc rating protect hands from arc flashes. They also let you perform different electrical tasks without switching gloves. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace.
Gloves that meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards are rated for various forms of protection, such as cuts, abrasions, punctures, or heat. Their extra protection means you can switch between welding jobs and other tasks without changing gloves. Those that also meet ANSI/ISEA 138 are rated for impact resistance. For both standards, the higher the rating, the greater the protection.
Gloves that cannot be sold to Canada are restricted by import regulations.
