Use this general purpose grease to lubricate most machinery.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter. Synthetic-oil-based grease lasts longer than mineral-oil-based grease and generally withstands a wider range of temperatures. Grease with silicone thickener has excellent heat and moisture resistance and good oxidation resistance. It is NSF registered H1 for incidental food contact.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.

Moisture-Resistant Grease

Formulated to adhere to metal parts and stay in place in wet environments, this grease is commonly used in pulp and paper manufacturing and water management facilities.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Mineral-oil-based grease, derived from petroleum, is usually more economical than synthetic-oil-based grease.
Grease with lithium thickener offers good heat resistance.

Long-Life Moisture-Resistant Grease
Nano-sized additives penetrate small surface imperfections, reducing wear and heat to extend the life of both the lubricant and equipment. It's formulated to adhere to metal parts and to stay in place in wet environments.

Electric Motor Bearing Grease
Able to handle light to moderate loads at high speeds, this grease is often used on electric motor bearings for fans, pumps, and dryers.

High-Speed Bearing Grease

Also known as spindle grease, use this in machine tools and other high-speed applications.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 1 is about the consistency of tomato paste. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter. Grease with PTFE thickener has good heat, moisture, and oxidation resistance.
Grease with PTFE has small particles of PTFE that reduce friction and help the grease maintain its lubricity.

Nonmelting grease can be used at temperatures above the maximum temperature briefly, but then will break down more quickly.
Air Tool Oil


Keep air-powered tools running longer. This oil prevents corrosion and has wear-resistant and extreme-pressure properties. It absorbs water to reduce condensation and prevent buildup.
Viscosity is the thickness of an oil. The higher the grade, the thicker the oil, and the less it flows.
Synthetic oil lasts longer than mineral oil and withstands a wider range of temperatures.
High-Pressure Antiseize Lubricants

Often used with engine bolts and heavily-loaded, slow-moving gears, these lubricants are formulated with moly (molybdenum disulfide) to prevent parts from locking together under high loads and pressure. Also known as thread lubricants, antiseize lubricants prevent threaded fasteners and close-fitting parts from locking together due to corrosion, contamination, or heat.
Lubricants with aluminum have good corrosion resistance. Lubricants with nickel withstand extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals, such as acetylene and ammonia. Bostik Never-Seez Blue Moly is often used with automotive engine bolts and in chemical-processing machinery.
