Grommets
SBR grommets have good abrasion resistance. They are not for use outdoors.
EPDM grommets are UV, ozone, and chemical resistant. They can be used outdoors.
Buna-N grommets withstand a wider range of temperatures than other grommets and resist abrasion, oil, and grease. They are not for use outdoors.
Grommets that meet MIL-G-3036 resist hot petroleum-based oil and coolant.
Grommets that meet MS-35489 and AN931 adhere to military dimensional standards.

Cut-to-Size Grommets
Cut the thin layer of rubber in the center of these grommets to create custom IDs to securely hold and protect wire, cable, and cords. Push these grommets into place. They turn rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth, insulated holes. Commonly used in metal panels, they also damp vibration. All have a medium hardness rating to offer a balance of cushioning and impact resistance. They're also known as webbed grommets. Use a utility knife to make your cuts.
For indoor use, choose between SBR and Buna-N grommets. Buna-N grommets hold up to a wider range of temperatures than other grommets and resist abrasion, oil, and grease.
EPDM grommets are UV and ozone resistant, so you can use them outdoors. They won’t degrade from chemicals.

High-Temperature Grommets
These flexible grommets withstand temperatures of 450° F or greater, which is approximately twice as high as our standard grommets. Push them into place to protect wire, cable, and cords by turning rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth, insulated holes. Commonly used in metal panels, they also damp vibration. All of these grommets can be used outdoors.

Locking Grommets
These grommets snap into place and have wings that expand against the sides of the hole to lock them in position. Use them to protect wire, cable, and cords by turning rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth holes. Snap-In Pipe and Tubing Grommets

Snap-In Plastic Cord Grips
These grips install into enclosure holes quickly to stabilize and relieve strain on cords. Unlike grips that fasten with locknuts, these cord grips snap in and require access to just the front side of the hole. All are nylon for corrosion and wear resistance.
