Extra-Sharp-View Loupes

Three lenses bonded together offer sharp magnification without distortion. Also known as watchmakers' loupes.

Clear-Body Loupes

Let in maximum light to view details with greater clarity than traditional loupes. First designed for jewelers, these loupes also work well for quality control and inspection.
Loupes with a glass lens are less prone to scratches than those with a plastic lens, so they provide a clearer view over time. Loupes with a plastic lens are more lightweight and shatterproof than those with a glass lens.
Add a scale to 7X and 10X loupes to measure as you magnify. General purpose scales measure radii from 1/16" to 3/8"; angles up to 90° in 1° increments; lengths up to 1/2" in 0.005" increments; lengths up to 10 mm in 0.1 mm increments; and line widths of 0.001", 0.002", and 0.003". Protractor scales measure angles up to 360° in 1° increments. Inch scales measure up to 3/4" in 0.005" increments. Metric scales measure up to 20 mm in 0.1 mm increments.
Distortion-Free Slide-Open Magnifying Glasses

Also known as Hastings Triplet magnifiers, these have three glass lenses bonded together for sharp, distortion-free images. Since the lenses are glass, they are less prone to scratches and give you a clearer view than plastic lenses. Slide the magnifier to open and close. A metal case protects the lenses when in storage and serves as a handle when in use. Since they’re handheld, they work well to inspect equipment and parts on the go.
