Tough enough for the heavy doors to warehouses, vaults, and other areas where security is critical. These hinges have a larger pin and thicker leaves and knuckles than other hinges to support more weight. Surface mount them to doors and frames.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
Primed Steel—Get a head start on painting with hinges that have primer already applied.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these hinges resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel hinges can.
Weight Capacity—The hinges are load rated; capacity is based on two hinges per door

A turn of the screw adjusts even the heaviest doors to compensate for warping or sagging. With a larger pin and thicker leaves and knuckles than other surface-mount hinges, these support heavy and high-security doors. They also withstand frequent opening and closing in busy industrial spaces.

304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these hinges resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel hinges can.
Door Mounting Location—To choose a mounting location, stand on the push side of the door. Use a right-side hinge if the hinge is on the right, or a left-side hinge if it’s on the left.

Heavy Duty Half-Surface Hinges without Holes

Image of Product. Half-Surface Mount. Front orientation. Hinges. Heavy Duty Half-Surface Hinges without Holes.

    Half-Surface Mount

Mount doors that don’t have cutouts (mortises) to frames that do. These hinges have a larger pin and thicker leaves and knuckles than other surface-mount hinges. They support more weight, provide more security, and withstand frequent opening and closing. Drill your own holes, or weld hinges into place for permanent mounting that resists stress and deters tampering.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
Primed 1215 Carbon Steel—Get a head start on painting with hinges that have primer already applied.

Weld these hinges onto heavy doors and gates and adjust the screw if they start to warp or sag. With a larger pin and thicker leaves and knuckles than other hinges, they handle more weight and frequent opening and closing.
