Also known as Type 3 slings, the eyes lie in a flat position for easy removal from beneath loads. Lightweight and flexible, web slings are less likely than other slings to mar, scratch, or dent fragile loads. They include a tag that shows the material, length, and capacities in each configuration.
Note: Web slings are susceptible to cuts and abrasion and should not be exposed to sharp edges. They have a red warning core that is visible when the sling is worn and should be removed from use.
Nylon slings stretch more than polyester, minimizing shock to the load. They withstand greasy conditions.
Polyester slings have minimal stretch to provide more control over the load and resist most acids. They have a blue thread sewn through the material to distinguish them from nylon.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Designed for use in the choker configuration, the end fittings keep these slings correctly positioned during use. Lightweight and flexible, web slings are less likely than other slings to mar, scratch, or dent fragile loads. They include a tag that shows the material, length, and capacities in each configuration.

These slings have nylon strips sewn into the sleeve to slow deterioration, making them three times more abrasion resistant than other round slings. Also known as Type 5 and endless slings, these slings last longer than slings with eyes because they can be rotated to change the load-bearing point. Slings are made of cords encased in a sleeve for strength and wear resistance. They include a tag that shows the material, length, and capacities in each configuration. They are color coded by capacity and resist most acids.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
