Chemical Hose Nozzles

Adjust the flow while dispensing liquid chemicals. Nozzles are polypropylene, which is lightweight with excellent chemical resistance. They shut off manually.

Style B has a trigger to turn flow on and off. It has an angled design, which reduces hose kinking for efficient fueling. Nozzle has a barbed connection; twist hose onto the barbed end and secure with a clamp. Use to transfer citric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and sodium hydroxide from pumps and processing equipment.

Soft Plastic Tubing for Chemicals

Use this general purpose PVC tubing with a variety of chemicals. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.

Tygon PVC tubing can withstand a wider range of chemicals than standard PVC tubing. It has a super-smooth interior that resists product buildup better than standard PVC.

Large-Diameter Soft Rubber Tubing for Chemicals

With a diameter of 2" or larger, this EPDM tubing has the girth to handle high volumes of acids and other harsh substances. Tubing connects to fittings with a clamp (sold separately). Smooth-Flow Soft Plastic Tubing for Food and Beverage

The smooth, nonabsorbing interior on this plastic tubing resists material buildup, so it is easy to clean. Tubing is suitable for food and beverage applications. It doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through it. This tubing is flexible and bends easily around objects.

Versilon tubing is comparable to Tygon tubing.

CPVC Pipe for Hot Water

Made of CPVC, this pipe can withstand high temperatures up to 170° or 200° F. It meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water. Also known as Schedule 80 pipe, it has thick, strong walls for use in heavy duty industrial plumbing and water supply applications, such as water processing and waste water treatment. Pipe has good corrosion resistance. It is comparable to Corzan.

Connect unthreaded pipe to unthreaded female socket-connect fittings using a CPVC primer and cement (also known as solvent weld).

ASTM D1784 pipe meets specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
