Use these lightweight insulated sticks to operate high-voltage switches from a safe distance. They telescope to multiple lengths. As you extend them, they automatically lock in place thanks to their triangular shape. The tip of these sticks fits any universal head—no tools required. The tip is also grooved, so you can point the head at different angles to access hard-to-reach areas. All sticks meet ASTM F711 for live-line maintenance.

Swap out the head on your high-voltage operating stick to complete different tasks. These heads can operate switches, pull cotter pins, change out fuses, and more. They connect to any stick with a universal attachment style, no tools required. To reach tight spots, attach them at different angles on your stick’s grooved tip.
Styles A-D—Styles A-D are used for operating switches and handling wires.
Style E—Style E have a thin hook that’s typically used for installing and pulling cotter pins.
Style F—Style F turn bolts. Attach a socket to their 1/2'' square drive.
Style G—Style G install and remove clamps on live wire—their tip locks onto your clamp’s screw eye. Turn your stick to open and close the clamp.
Style H—Style H clamp onto fuses to change them out. Rotate your stick to open and close the jaws.

    High-Voltage Detectors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Voltage Detectors. High-Voltage Detectors.
Safely check for the presence of voltage in high-voltage equipment and lines. This noncontact detector checks for voltage by sensing electrostatic fields when brought near the electrical component. Light and sound alerts indicate voltage.

    Hot Stick Hand Guards

Add these guards to hot sticks, also known as high-voltage switch operating sticks, to keep hands away from danger. Made of nonconductive plastic, they act as a barrier between your hands and high-voltage areas. They help you comply with safety regulations for operating hot sticks. Their red color stands out against the yellow of most hot sticks, and it won’t wear off over time. Slide these guards onto your hot stick and secure them with a screw on each side.

Use these bags to store, transport, and protect hot sticks. They keep all the sections of a stick together, so you don’t misplace any. A handle makes it easier to carry bulky sticks. Choose a bag that matches the dimensions of your stick or its sections.
2 Pockets and 3 Pockets—Bags with multiple pockets keep sticks or their sections separate, so they don’t collide during transport.
