Manual Lift Trucks with Platform
Pump a foot pedal with a single-speed hydraulic pump to raise and lower loads. Platforms support material directly without an additional pallet and have a back plate to protect the truck. Engage the floor lock or wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Trucks with hand-truck base pick up, move, and position loads like a conventional hand truck. The plate is tapered.
Trucks with two swivel casters and two axle-mounted wheels are easy to steer.
Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion-resistant, and shock-absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris. Rubber wheels absorb shock, are quiet, and roll over smooth or rough surfaces. Phenolic wheels are nonmarking and roll best on smooth surfaces, but can be noisy.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks

Lift and lower heavy loads with the push of a button—these trucks have a battery-powered hydraulic pump. They’re easier to use than manual lift trucks, since you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can also make finer height adjustments to position loads exactly where you need them. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck make steering and pivoting easy. Adjust the width of the forks to fit pallets, skids, and other loads in many sizes.
Counterbalanced bases require a counterweight set (sold separately) to offset loads. Unlike straddle bases, they don’t have front-facing legs that can get in the way when you’re loading or unloading racks, trucks, or machinery.
Adjustable-width straddle bases have front-facing legs that sit on either side of your load for support. You can adjust the width to fit them around open and closed-bottom pallets. Those with a pivoting handle give you better leverage and control in tight spaces. The handle adjusts up or down.

Battery-Operated High-Reach Lift Trucks with Forks

With a telescoping mast, these trucks can raise loads over 11 ft. high—nearly twice as high as standard lift trucks—yet still fit through doorways when upright. A battery-powered hydraulic pump does the lifting, so you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can make finer height adjustments than manual lift trucks, so these trucks are good for precise positioning on assembly lines or in warehouses. Plug them into any standard wall outlet to charge the battery.
These trucks have adjustable-width straddle legs that fit around both open- and closed-bottom pallets. You can also make the forks narrower or wider to slide them right under your load. Two swivel casters at the rear of the truck make steering and pivoting easy. The wheels are polyurethane, so they’re nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbent. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.

Lifting Pallet Trucks

Move loads around your facility, then use the hydraulic pump to lift them to a comfortable working height. Trucks have polyurethane wheels to absorb shock when rolling over rough floors or in areas with debris.
Style A have a hydraulic pump that raises the load when you step on the foot pedal. A lever controls lowering. The steer wheels swivel for better maneuverability; one has a wheel brake to prevent movement when using the truck as a lift table. A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection.
Style B have a two-speed hydraulic pump that raises and lowers loads when you squeeze the handle lever.
Note: Use with open-bottom pallets only.

Manual Drum Lift Trucks

Lift, transport, and place drums without a forklift. Roll these trucks right to the edge of your pallet or platform to load and unload drums. Rear swivel casters make them simple to steer.
Trucks with a hydraulic pump require less manual effort to lift and position heavy drums than lift trucks with a gas-spring pump handle. Control up and down movement by activating either a hand or foot lever. A claw-style gripper attaches at one point on the rim of your drum—similar to an electric can opener latching onto a can.
Trucks with retractable legs collapse into a smaller footprint for transportation across tight facilities. Extend the legs before lifting.
Trucks with a counterbalanced base have no front legs, so you can roll them right next to tight cabinets or shelving structures to load or unload your drum.
Polypropylene wheels are lightweight and work on smooth surfaces. Phenolic wheels are nonmarking and roll best on smooth surfaces. Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbent.

Battery-Operated Drum Lift Trucks

Lift heavy drums in seconds—without ever touching them. Powered by a battery-operated hydraulic pump, these trucks grip, lift, lower, and release drums with the push of a button. No manual pumping required. The claw-style grabber won’t release the drum until it’s fully set down. With a lift height over 3 ft., these trucks can stack two drums or load them into most pickup trucks. A V-style base makes it easy to load and unload drums from pallets and platforms. Plug these trucks into any standard wall outlet to charge the battery.
Retractable legs let you maneuver in tight spaces, and two swivel casters at the rear of the truck make steering and pivoting easy. Once the truck is in place, engage the floor lock to keep it stable while you lift and lower loads. The wheels are phenolic, so they’re nonmarking and roll best on smooth surfaces.

Fork-Mount Pallet Dumpers

Shift loads off pallets and into containers from the safety of your forklift. A long cable extends from the top of these dumpers to your seat—pull it to release a latch and tip the front of the dumper. A hook at the end of each arm keeps the pallet from sliding off. Once you’ve dumped the load, lower your forks to the ground to straighten the pallet and latch the dumper back together.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Forklift Forks

Replace worn or damaged forks, or switch to a different length. These forklift forks meet Industrial Truck Association (ITA) standards for mounting to Class II or Class III forklifts. Slide each fork onto your carriage and lock in place with a pin. Once installed, the pin keeps them from moving side to side. These forks have tapered tips, so they’re easy to guide into pallet slots.

Motor-Driven Battery-Powered Lift Tables

Powered for driving and lifting, these tables take the effort out of positioning heavy loads. The powered drive makes them ideal for moving loads long distances in your facility. A throttle controls forward and reverse movement, while a battery-powered hydraulic pump raises and lowers loads with the push of a button. Adjust the speed to match the pace of your task. Compared to manual lift trucks, these tables offer greater control and more precise adjustments.
Top to bottom, these tables are outfitted with safety features. When they back up, a beeper sounds to alert people nearby. An emergency stop button immediately halts movement. If you release the control or the table is stationary, an automatic brake engages to prevent unintended movement on inclines or uneven surfaces.
The front casters are pneumatic and shock absorbent, while the rear wheels are made of polyurethane and resist abrasion. All wheels are nonmarking. These tables come with a charging cord—just plug it into a standard wall outlet.

Forklift Forks with Embedded Scale

Check the weight of your load without leaving your forklift. These forks have an embedded scale that uses Bluetooth to send measurements. The scale has tilt compensation, so it's accurate even if your forklift's mast is not perfectly vertical. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display onto your forklift’s dashboard or mast. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
Use these forks with any forklift equipped with an Industrial Truck Association (ITA) Class II carriage. They slide into forklift pockets just like any other forks. To minimize downtime, each fork has its own battery that lasts up to 75 hours on a single charge.
Forks cannot be sold to Canada due to energy efficiency regulations.
Warning: Distribute your load evenly across the forks to prevent overloading one side or the tips. Never use to lift people or items over people.

Forklift Forks with Legal-for-Trade Embedded Scale

Weigh materials sold by weight right from your forklift—these forks have an embedded scale that’s NTEP certified for accuracy. For easy viewing, clamp the remote display to your forklift’s dashboard or mast. The scale uses Bluetooth to send measurements. You can also link the scale to your smartphone or tablet to view, log, and export data from an app.
To measure the weight of your load alone, place an empty pallet on the forks and press the tare button. Then either load up the pallet or remove it and pick up a different, pre-loaded pallet with the forks. The scale also has tilt compensation, so it’s accurate even if the mast is not perfectly vertical.
