Monitor food, brewery, chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech processing lines with these sights that attach to quick-clamp fittings for fast installation and easy removal for cleaning. All have a one-piece design, so there are no crevices where bacteria can grow. A
For superior strength and reliability, choose 2205 stainless steel sights. All have a glass window that’s melted around a high-strength ring, so they won’t shatter, leak, or lose their shape under high pressure, heat, chemicals, or impact. They withstand harsh cleaners and sanitizers for clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) applications. USP Class VI and TUV Rheinland Certified, these sights meet safety standards in the U.S. and Europe. They also meet DIN standards for glass materials used in sights, ASTM standards for materials used in boilers and pressure vessels, and ASME BPE design standards for bioprocessing equipment that ensure purity and safety.

Flow Sights for Food and Beverage
Made of FDA-listed materials for use with food and beverage, these sights have sanitary quick-clamp connections and an electropolished 316 stainless steel body for easy disassembly and cleaning. Sanitary Gauge Guards
Keeping corrosive substances from touching pressure gauges used in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants, these guards have a sanitary design. Made of 316 stainless steel, they won’t rust from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They have continuously-welded seams and polished surfaces, so there aren’t any pits for bacteria to grow in. Removing them for cleaning and maintenance is easy thanks to their quick-clamp connection, which is sometimes called a tri-clamp.
Also known as isolators and diaphragm seals, these guards have a 316 stainless steel gasket to shield the pressure gauges from corrosion. Before use, fill the guards with fluid such as glycerin or silicone that’s suitable for food contact.

Sanitary RTD Probe Transmitters with Digital Display
Check the temperature of liquids in hygienic applications such as food or pharmaceutical lines and tanks. Certified by 3-A to meet sanitary design standards, the parts of these probes that will touch liquid are highly polished to minimize spots where bacteria could grow. They're rated IP67 and IP69K, so they'll withstand temporary submersion as well as the high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns that are common in hygienic cleaning practices. Made of stainless steel, harsh cleaners and sanitizers won't cause them to corrode. They have a flange that will connect to sanitary quick-clamp fittings (also known as tri-clamp fittings); they're easy to connect and remove from your line.
Program these probes with the touch screen, and select one of three colors as a visual alert for events in your process such as irregular or fluctuating temperatures. The head swivels 345° and the face rotates all the way around, so you can mount the sensor at any angle and still see the display. To trigger actions in your process line, connect these probes to remote displays, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other control equipment with the M12 plug. These probes meet DIN EN 60751, an industry standard for accuracy. They’re also CE marked, meaning they meet European Union safety standards.
