Differential Pressure Transmitters with Digital Display for Air
With a digital display and selectable differential pressure ranges, these transmitters are a versatile alternative to transmitters with dial indicators. Unlike a standard transmitter that has one wider differential pressure range, these transmitters have multiple ranges to choose from. The selectable pressure range means they are more accurate than standard transmitters since their accuracy applies to each small range rather than a single wide range. They can also be configured to output either current or voltage, while standard transmitters typically output one signal type. The digital display allows you to troubleshoot and monitor differential pressure at the source. Also known as transducers, they measure the difference in pressure between two inputs and convert it to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. They are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. All are rated UL 94 V-0, so they meet flammability standards. CE marked, they also meet European safety standards.
When measuring pressure in ductwork, pair them with a static pressure probe. Transmitters with an 8" pressure probe cable include a static pressure probe.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Connect them using two wires when using the current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. For voltage output, connect them using three wires—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire to send a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.
DIN-rail/surface mount transmitters give you mounting flexibility. They include the bracket you'll need for mounting it to DIN rail.
Transmitters with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST have passed tests for accuracy.
Transmitters that meet IP67 protect against dust and submersion.

Enclosure Climate Sensors
These sensors measure temperature and humidity, then send that information to your PLC or controller to regulate heating and cooling equipment, alarms, and data recorders. Choose a sensor that works with your digital IO-Link or analog 4-20 mA system. Clip it to a DIN rail or screw it in to your enclosure, and use the micro M12 plug to connect the sensor to your controller.
Sensors meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards. Rated IP20, they’re designed so fingers can’t reach the electrical parts inside and get shocked. They also meet UL 94 V-0, so if they catch fire, they’ll self-extinguish within 10 seconds and won’t spread the fire by dripping.

Enclosure Humidistats
Reduce the humidity in your enclosure to prevent condensation that can cause corrosion and short circuits. These humidistats switch your heater on when the enclosure reaches the relative humidity setting. Once the humidity falls by 5%, the heater switches off. To install, clip humidistats to a DIN rail.
Nonadjustable humidistats work for most applications. They keep humidity below 65%, which is when condensation is most likely to form. Since they aren’t adjustable, the humidity setting can’t be tampered with or accidentally changed. For critical components, use adjustable humidistats to set the relative humidity you need in your enclosure. Use a lower humidity setting in damp environments and places with frequent temperature changes. Condensation is more likely in these situations.
CSA Certified, CSA-US Certified, CE Marked, and VDE Certified, these humidistats meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards. They also meet UL 94 V-0, so if they catch fire, they self-extinguish within 10 seconds and won’t spread the fire by dripping.

DIN-Rail-Mount Electrically Actuated Hour Meters
Quickly install these meters onto a DIN rail instead of on a surface or into panels. Use them to display running time on a machine so you can schedule preventative maintenance. They are non-resettable to prevent tampering and accidental loss of data.
Surge-Suppressing DIN-Rail Mount Straight-Blade Receptacles
Prevent damage to electronic equipment caused by spikes in voltage. Receptacles have an audible alarm to indicate a loss of surge protection. They mount to DIN rail to bring power closer to where you need it.

Status-Indicating DIN-Rail Power Supplies
Monitor voltage, current, remaining life, and other maintenance data from your PC, PLC, or by glancing at the digital display. There's no need to inspect these power supplies with multimeters or other test equipment. They also connect to your network, so you can view and analyze data remotely. Like other power supplies, they convert AC to DC voltage to power electronic equipment. Mount these power supplies onto DIN rails, which are commonly found inside industrial cabinets and electrical panels. All have spring-clamp wire terminals for quick connections that hold firmer than screw-style terminals.
Download the free software to view readings, save historical data, and analyze performance over time. Having all of your data in one place means you can troubleshoot and create predictive maintenance plans without needing to walk the floor and open enclosures to perform inspections. Saving historical data reduces maintenance costs because you can better predict when equipment should be replaced. Set alarm conditions, so you're alerted if a particular reading is too high or low. All power supplies are compatible with common Ethernet communication standards—check on them from anywhere without additional measuring equipment or sensors.
All of these power supplies use switching regulation, which means they produce the stated voltage despite fluctuations in your input power and the power being drawn by your system, and they won’t become too hot. They’re also SEMI F47 compliant, so they meet standards for maintaining output voltage when input voltage dips. This is commonly known as voltage sag immunity.
If you exceed the maximum voltage, temperature, or load, these power supplies protect both the power supply and the connected equipment. They also meet the voltage requirements for use in a PELV (protected extra low voltage) circuit.
Rated IP20, these power supplies prevent your fingers from touching internal components and accidentally shocking yourself. They're UL and C-UL Listed, TUV Rheinland Certified, and CE Marked so you know they meet stringent safety standards. With an NEC Class 2 and LPS output, if something fails inside the power supply, these limit the risk of electrical shock.
Maximum output noise is also known as ripple noise. The lower the value, the less interference the power supply creates. For most applications, a value over 100mVpp isn’t a problem. However, when using to power extremely sensitive electronics, such as audio equipment and high-precision measuring and testing equipment, you’ll want an output noise around 5mVpp or less.
Power factor shows how effectively a power supply draws AC power from the main electrical supply. The higher the power factor—up to a maximum score of 1—the lower your operating cost.
Efficiency describes how good a power supply is at converting the AC power it draws from your main electrical supply into DC power. High-efficiency power supplies cost less money to operate and produce less heat, meaning cooler temperatures in your electrical cabinet.
Power supplies with an output peak current briefly boost power above their maximum operating current for starting motors, actuating solenoid valves, and other applications that require a higher starting current than their operating current.
