Headlamps for Rescue and Tactical Helmets

Clip these headlamps right into a mount on your tactical or rescue helmet. You can also clip them onto your gear’s MOLLE strap. These headlamps all have multiple LED color options for different scenarios. Use the red or blue beam in low-light environments to preserve your night vision. The blue beam lets you see more details and color differences than the red beam—you can even read. The green beam shows more contrast than red and blue beams, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions. Meeting ANSI/Plato F1, these lights have been tested for light output, impact resistance, and run time.
Style B are best for lighting up long distances where water is a concern. Our most water-resistant option, they’re rated IP08 to handle prolonged submersion. Their spot beam has a bright center to illuminate faraway objects. When wearing night-vision goggles, switch these headlamps to infrared light to see clear, crisp images in dim light or pitch black. You can also program the order that the beam colors appear with each push of a button based on your preference. Bend the arm to direct light where you need it. To keep them from turning on accidentally, they have a digital lockout option. These headlamps include common helmet mount adapters such as ARC, M-LOK, MICH, Picatinny, and ABR.
Style C project light the farthest of these headlamps. Tilt them up to 90° to point light where you need it. To view clear images through night-vision goggles in dim light or pitch black, switch them to infrared light. A digital lockout option keeps the beam from turning on accidentally. IP07-rated for temporary submersion, they’ll keep working if you drop them in water. These headlamps are compatible with NVG mounts and include a strap if you want to wear them without a helmet.

Wire-Terminal Base Miniature Light Bulbs
Wire terminals allow you to connect these bulbs to a power source through a panel. These bulbs are sized to fit into tight spaces such as signs, instruments, indicators, and flashlights. Brightness is measured in lumens; the higher the lumens, the brighter the bulb.
Infrared LED bulbs are often used in night vision goggles, thermal imaging cameras, and TV remotes. Infrared bulbs produce light that is invisible to the human eye and emits more heat than incandescent light bulbs.

Infrared Light Bulbs

Radiate warmth to heat, dry, or bake. A bulb’s estimated yearly cost is based on 3 hours of usage per day at $0.11 per kWh.
Plastic-coated glass bulbs are shatter resistant; the coating retains glass shards if they break.

Compact Machine Vision Bar Lights
Ranging in size from a domino to a small TV remote control, these lights shine bright, even light from tight spots on your production line. Use them to help your machine vision camera capture a detailed image for inspection. Mount them using the included fasteners and T-slot on the back. You can also arrange them in a square formation to minimize shadows. Each light requires an M12 cable (sold separately) to power it.
Infrared lights help you see through material, such as objects wrapped in thin paper, cloth, or plastic. Use them to help you determine the fill level of packages. This light isn’t visible to the human eye, so it won’t create a glare on objects and won’t strain your eyes.
Mounts tilt 180°, so you can adjust the position of the lights.

Machine Vision Bar Lights
The most versatile of our machine vision lights, these bar lights can be used alone, installed side-by-side, or assembled into a ring light. When used alone, they illuminate a single strip of light; when multiple are installed next to each other, they flood your inspection area with light. When multiple are configured into a ring around your camera, they give you bright, even light aligned with the camera's field of view. Though these lights look like workspace lights, they shine a focused strip of light for inspection instead of giving off ambient light. Position them directly over the object your camera is inspecting or angle them for a better look at surface defects. An M12 cable (sold separately) is required to power these lights.
Each light includes a T-slot channel for mounting—keeping your set up modular and easy to adjust. Mount them to T-slotted framing with the included fasteners. Or, add a mount (sold separately) to secure the light to a stand or a nearby surface. These mounts tilt 180° and rotate 360°, so you can change the position of the light without changing the location of the mount.

Machine Vision Ring Lights
Surround your camera with light for perfectly aligned brightness. These small and lightweight ring lights are mounted directly around your machine vision camera or vision sensor. You can synchronize these lights with your camera, so they flash as images are captured. To attach them directly to your camera, you'll need a mount (sold separately). If you'd rather mount them to a frame or stand, they have a T-slot on the back and come with mounting fasteners. Each light requires an M12 cable (sold separately) for power.
Rectangular lights shine directly onto items. They are brighter than round lights, so they can be farther away.
Round lights do not have corners, so they shine light more evenly than rectangular lights. This lets you use them at low angles to highlight surface flaws.

Machine Vision Area Lights
Flood bright, even light on parts so your machine vision camera can capture a detailed image for inspection. Use these lights to aid a range of inspections, from examining the surface of your part to making sure your labels are aligned. You can also set them up to cast shadows that make small components, such as a flange, easier for your vision sensor to detect than if using an overhead light alone. Each light requires an M12 cable (sold separately) to power it.
Infrared lights help you see through material, such as objects wrapped in thin paper, cloth, or plastic. Use them to help you determine the fill level of packages. The light isn’t visible to the human eye, so it won’t create a glare or cause eye strain.
