    Insulated handles protect against shock from accidental contact with live electrical circuits. These cutters are tested to 1,000 volts to meet IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505. Use to cut medium steel chain and hard steel bolts, rods, screws, rivets, nails, bars, and wire. Cutters have an adjustment screw to align cutting edges. Not for use on wire rope.
