Organize and protect the cables and tubing on your Universal Robots arm without hindering its movement. This sleeving is made for Universal Robots arms, so you don’t need to measure, cut, or customize for a good fit. The hook-and-loop closure makes installation quick, and unlike cable ties, it’s easy to detach and adjust. Cables run through a separate channel, so you can access them without removing the sleeving from your arm. Made from polyurethane, this sleeving is flexible enough for cables and tubing to move easily, and durable enough to withstand continuous movement. It’s also lighter than hose carriers and conduit, so it won’t weigh down your robot arm. Each includes two pieces of sleeving.

Use this shielded sleeving to protect wire and cable from signal distortion caused by nearby equipment and devices. A sewn-in ground wire dissipates any stored charge. It provides good protection against abrasion. Wrap it around wire and cable without disconnecting them; sleeving has a slit along the entire length. Sleeving with an adhesive strip closure is permanently sealed when the adhesive is applied. Sleeving with foil shielding is for use in stationary applications. Repeated flexing will damage the foil. Polyurethane rubber sleeving provides excellent resistance to solvents.
Flame rated VW-1 sleeving meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.

Often used in robotics and other automated applications, this highly flexible sleeving withstands continuous motion without tearing or fraying. It has a conductive cloth lining that shields against signal interference caused by nearby equipment and devices. A sewn-in ground wire dissipates any stored charge. Made of polyurethane rubber, it resists oil and grease. Wrap it around wire and cable without disconnecting them. It has a slit along the entire length that permanently seals with the adhesive strip.

A mica and silicone rubber blend allows this sleeving to withstand temperatures up to 2100° F and creates a fire barrier around its contents. A good option for emergency patches, it can be quickly applied to hose or cable like tape. When wrapping, sleeving should overlap itself by half its width.
Wrap this sleeving around cable, cords and wires to protect them and to form bundles. Unlike cable ties and tape, this sleeving can be unwound and reused.
Silicone sleeving is softer and more pliable than polyethylene sleeving, but does not hold up as well when rubbed or scraped. It cushions and protects fragile wires without damaging them, and is often used with fiber-optic cable.

Made of neoprene rubber, this sleeving has excellent abrasion resistance. It also resists acids, alkalies, oil, and gasoline. A good option for emergency patches, it can be quickly applied to hose or cable like tape. Secure the ends of the sleeving with the included tape.
Often used in automated applications such as robotics, this highly flexible tubing withstands continuous motion without cracking and tearing. Made of silicone rubber, it resists abrasion and chemicals, and withstands temperatures up to 390° F. Its flame rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material.

Use this tubing where wire and cable may be exposed to chemicals, oil, and acids.
Neoprene rubber tubing is abrasion resistant. Viton® fluoroelastomer rubber tubing is more chemical resistant than neoprene rubber. It’s also abrasion resistant and withstands temperatures up to 390° F.
AMS/MIL-DTL-23053/1 Class 2, 23053/2 Class 2, and 23053/13 tubing meets requirements for material quality and color.
MIL-R-46846 Type I, Class 1 and Type III, Class 1 tubing meet stringent military standards for physical, electrical, and chemical performance.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown. The higher the dielectric strength of a material, the better it is for preventing electricity, heat, or signal from dissipating from wire and cable.

Create a permanent seal without applying heat. Also known as cold-shrink tubing, this tubing has a removable spiral-wound core. Slide the tubing over wire and cable and pull out the core. When the core is removed, the tubing contracts and conforms to the underlying cable. The length shrinks by several inches. Made of EPDM rubber, it resists chemicals including acids, alkalies, and ozone. Resistant to UV, it won’t fade or discolor when exposed to sunlight. It meets ANSI C119.1 for water seal requirements and can be submerged.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown.

Use this wrap with heat-shrink tubing to create a moisture-resistant seal. Apply it like tape around wire and cable, and slide the tubing over the wrap. The wrap melts when tubing is heated and bonds to the underlying surface.
Butyl rubber wrap seals larger gaps than TPE rubber wrap, so it’s better for protecting irregular shapes or items with deep grooves.
TPE rubber is better for electrical insulation than butyl rubber. It withstands higher temperatures.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to breakdown. The higher the dielectric strength of a material, the better it is for preventing electricity, heat, or signal from dissipating from wire and cable.
