Compact Machine-Mount Aligning Line Lasers

This laser is sized for mounting on machinery to ensure tools are properly positioned. You can also use it in conjunction with machine-vision cameras to serve as a reference location for making measurements. It has wire leads for connecting to a DC power source (sold separately). The size of the line increases as the distance increases. Laser light is red and is best viewed indoors.
Optional mount has a magnetic base and mounting holes.
Machine-Mount Aligning High-Visibility Line Lasers

Projecting a light that's even and bright the entire length, these lasers create a line that can be measured from end to end. They're compatible with machine-vision cameras, so they're often used as a reference point for machine inspection and robot guidance. Their green light is brighter and easier to see outdoors, in strongly lit rooms, and from farther away than red lasers. As their light travels, the diameter of their beam grows. They come with an adjustable angle mount that rotates 360°, letting you position the laser at the correct angle for your job. Rated IP67, these lasers are dust and liquid tight, so you can use them in dusty or wet areas such as labs, warehouses, or marine environments.
120V AC lasers plug into standard outlets.
12V DC lasers draw power through their wire leads. Connect these lasers to devices such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and timer relays to automate when they turn on and off. However, you can’t plug them into standard outlets.
Use magnetic mounts to attach these lasers to machines and other steel surfaces instead of drilling holes and bolting them. They hold lasers at a fixed angle, but you can combine them with the adjustable angle mount for 360° rotation.

Pocket-Sized Pulley Aligning Lasers

Slip this laser into your pocket so it's on hand to align belts, pulleys, chain, and sprockets. Economical and simple to use, just press the tool against the side of your pulley or sprocket and project the laser along your belt or chain to the aluminum target (included) to see any misalignment. It has a machined aluminum surface that is adjusted parallel to the contact surface for precise alignment.
Style B lasers have a threaded tip, so they’re compatible with converters.

Cross-Hair Line Automatic Leveling Lasers

Whether you’re hanging a drop ceiling or aligning bench tops, use the cross-hair lines of these lasers to install material at the right height. Placed on any surface, they adjust themselves within a few degrees of level.
Red lasers are best viewed indoors because they’re dimmer than green lasers. They come with a tripod to position them up to 46" high.
Green lasers appear up to four times brighter than red lasers, so they’re easier to see outdoors, in bright indoor lighting, and from far away. Add a tripod to adjust the height of these lasers between 16" and 51".

360° Sweeping-Line Automatic Leveling Lasers

Set these lasers on any surface, and they will level themselves within about 4°. The laser projects 360° around the base to show the level line. Whether you're hanging a drop ceiling or aligning bench tops, your installation will be at the right height. Mount them to a tripod (not included) to level at a greater range of heights.
Red lasers are best viewed indoors. They include a laser detector, which indicates the height of the laser’s beam when you can’t see it, such as in bright lighting or at long distances.
Green lasers are four times brighter than red lasers, so you can see the beam outdoors and in bright lighting. They’re also easier to spot from far away. These lasers include a magnetic target, which you can mount at the height you need to reflect the beam, making it brighter and easier to see from a distance.
