Our most economical magnets with built-in durability. A protective case shields them from cracks and chips caused by bumps and drops. Ceramic magnets deliver a cost-effective balance of corrosion and temperature resistance. However, they are not as strong as rare earth magnets.
Warning: Maximum pull ratings are based on direct contact with rust-free, unpainted iron surfaces. Variations in material condition will significantly reduce holding strength. Do not use for lifting over people.

Mount with pins, bolts, or rivets. There's no need for threading.
Zinc-Plated Steel Case—Withstands occasional exposure to moisture.
Chrome-Plated Steel Case—The bright, shiny finish resists salt water and chemicals better than other finishes and is less likely to wear off.

    Ceramic Disc Magnets

Our most economical magnets cut costs, not reliability. They stay strong in temperatures up to 400° F and resist some corrosion. They’re also nonconductive to prevent short circuits in DC motors, transformers, and speakers. However, they are not as strong as rare earth magnets.
Warning: Maximum pull ratings are based on direct contact with rust-free, unpainted iron surfaces. Variations in material condition will significantly reduce these ratings. Do not use for lifting over people.
