Steel Pallets for Racks without Decking

Compared to plastic pallets, steel pallets offer the highest load capacities. You can store them directly on the beams of a pallet rack. Unlike nestable pallets, they can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access.

Risers hold components above the surface of the table. A 5/8” hole at the top lets you attach a component, such as a V-block, to the riser.

V-blocks support round material and raise it off the table. Pivoting V-blocks conform to the shape of your workpiece, so they're good for holding round workpieces of different diameters.

Fasteners connect components to each other or to the table.

Portable Fixturing Tables

Foldable for transport and storage, use these tables as a sturdy work surface for welding, assembly, cutting, and other tasks around your facility. They have center slots for holding workpieces using C- and bar clamps, a tilting top, and rails on two sides that can be used as guides, stops, and clamping edges.
Use a connector plate (sold separately) to join two tables together for a larger work surface.
T-Slot Fixture Plates

These plates have three T-slots for use with T-slot nuts, bolts, and setup studs. There is a slot along each side of the plate for mounting with clamps.
Aluminum plates are lightweight and have mild corrosion resistance. Iron plates are heavy duty for long term use.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Grid Fixture Plates

Precision ground to the tightest parallel tolerance, these plates have threaded and unthreaded holes in a grid pattern to support precise positioning and repeatability when machining.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Inspection and Measuring Fixturing
Use these components in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) applications to raise a workpiece and reliably position it on a fixture plate with 1/4"-20 holes. They are not for use in machining applications.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Fixture plates have a grid of 1/4"-20 threaded holes spaced 1/2" apart for attaching components. Alpha-numeric markings around the edges of the plates make it easier to identify holes and repeat tasks. Use aluminum plates with CMMs and optical comparators.

Vacuum Workholding Plates
Also known as vacuum chucks, these plates secure thin and flexible parts that can’t be held with vises or clamps for milling, drilling, routing, and finishing operations. Connect the system to your shop’s compressed air supply and it's ready to use. For applications requiring only part of the plate surface, use the gasket cord to seal off the area.
Risers, also known as vacuum pods, raise the workpiece off the vacuum table to give the cutting tool better access. Suction transfers from the table through the top of the riser, so to get a firm hold the workpiece must make contact with the full top length and width of the riser.
Retracting stop pins let you repeatably locate parts on your vacuum table. After positioning your workpiece against these pins, turn on the vacuum and the stop pins retract, dropping out of the way so the cutting tool has full access to the workpiece.
Side stops fit into the grooves of the vacuum plate to help you repeatably position material. They can be removed from the plate after the vacuum is turned on to give the cutting tool more access to the workpiece.
Pallet-Style Stackable Racks

With forklift access on four sides, you can move these racks as easily as you move your pallets. Stack racks up to five units high, and easily reconfigure as your needs change. Racks should only be moved one unit at a time.
