High-Temperature Wrap Sleeving

A mica and silicone rubber blend allows this sleeving to withstand temperatures up to 2100° F and creates a fire barrier around its contents. A good option for emergency patches, it can be quickly applied to hose or cable like tape. When wrapping, sleeving should overlap itself by half its width.
Electrical-Insulating Mica Tubes

- Color: Silver with Brown Spots
- Max. Temperature: 930° F
- Electrical Properties: Electrical Insulating
- Dielectric Strength: 550 V/mil
Also called muscovite mica, this mica is an excellent electrical insulator that resists temperatures up to 930° F. It's often used to insulate circuit breakers and heating elements.
