Made from unhardened metal, machine these jaws to fit the contours and curves of your workpiece. They have an industry standard hole pattern that fits most manufacturers' vises, including Kurt, Chick, TE-CO, Toolex, and Palmgren.
Steel jaws are more durable than aluminum.

Milling-Machine Vise Jaws for Round Material
The V-shaped recess holds round material securely for machining. Place one of these jaws on one side of your vise and use a flat jaw on the other. They have an industry standard hole pattern that fits most manufacturers' vises, including Kurt, Chick, TE-CO, Toolex, and Palmgren.
Jaws with vertical groove holds 3/4" to 1 3/4" dia. workpieces.
Jaws with vertical and horizontal grooves holds 1/2" to 1 1/4" dia. workpieces vertically and 1/4" to 1/2" dia. workpieces horizontally.

Slotted Milling-Machine Vise Jaws
Hold workpieces steady with these vise jaws—they work with slot-mount workstops so you can quickly position, adjust, and change out your workpieces. Using jaws and workstops together keeps the workpiece from slipping, and gives you more control over the position than jaws alone. Slide your workstop into a slot on either the top or the bottom jaw and tighten with a screw. One slot is closer to the jaw face than the other to give you more positioning options. These jaws have industry-standard mounting hole patterns to match most vises, including those made by Kurt, Chick, TE-CO, Toolex, and Palmgren.

Quick-Change Milling-Machine Vise Jaws
Significantly cut down on jaw changeover time—this two-part system lets you swap out jaws in less than 30 seconds. Mount the jaw plates to the vise and slide the dovetailed jaw stock in and out of the plates.
Jaw plates have set screws on top for securing the jaw stock. Tighten using the included T-handle key. Plates have an industry standard hole pattern that fits most manufacturers' vises, including Kurt, Chick, TE-CO, Toolex, and Palmgren.
31" wide machinable jaw stock can be cut to length. It can also be secured across multiple vises for machining long parts.

Milling-Machine Vise Jaws with Changeable Parallels
Quickly move parallels in and out of these jaws and raise your workpiece within the vise. Choose jaws and the mating pair or set of parallels. Mount jaws to the vise, slide the parallels in place, and then rest your workpiece on top to allow more clearance for cutting tools.
