About Gas Springs
Gas springs are typically used to assist in opening lids, covers, windows, conveyors, and seats—similar to a hatchback opening on a car.
More
Color-Coded High-Force Miniature Gas Springs
Color coded by force to help you choose the correct replacement, these gas springs generate high force in small spaces. They’re often used to replace coil springs in metal stamping and die-spring applications. They match the diameter and stroke length of coil die springs, but offer much more force. Mount with the threaded hole on the end; fasteners are not included.
Mounting flanges are for mounting gas springs through a panel or between two surfaces. Use included hardware to secure the gas spring to the flange at one of the grooves on the gas spring body.

High-Force Miniature Gas Springs
Small in size, but not in strength, these gas springs are often used to replace coil springs in metal stamping and die-spring applications. They match the diameter and stroke length of coil die springs, but offer much more force. A gas port lets you change force as your application changes—springs with gas ports are commonly used in manifold systems where all springs share the same gas pressure.
Mount springs with end threads using the threaded hole on the end; fasteners are not included. Mount springs without end threads in a cylindrical pocket that’s sized to their body diameter, or use mounting flanges.
Secure these springs with mounting flanges. Flanges with fasteners included are for mounting gas springs through a panel or between two surfaces. Use included hardware to secure the gas spring to the flange at one of the grooves on the gas spring body. Flanges with fasteners not included are for mounting gas springs to a single surface. Secure the gas spring to the flange at the bottom groove on the gas spring body.

Adjustable Air Springs
Isolate vibration and absorb shock from moving equipment, even with changing loads. Also for leveling and lifting, use compressed air to adjust air springs to the height and force required for your application. They’re often used with vibratory screen and conveyors; loading and transfer stations; and sensitive testing and measuring equipment. Do not extend beyond height at full stroke.
