Air-Powered Vibrators for Wet Materials







Also known as piston vibrators, these pound the sides of your bin to dislodge wet, sticky, and caked-on materials. Bin wall thickness determines the force required to move the material in the bin. To select a vibrator strong enough for your application, find your bin's wall thickness in the table.
Vibrators with standard pistons make direct contact with your container wall for maximum impact.
Vibrators with cushion-impact pistons have an air cushion that prevents metal-to-metal contact.

Heavy Duty Air-Powered Vibrators for Wet Materials with Setup Kit

These vibrators come with everything you need to get started. Use them to dislodge extremely thick, sticky materials from the sides of your bin. Vibrators have a sturdy base for secure mounting and even force distribution. Bin wall thickness determines the force required to move the material in the bin. To select a vibrator strong enough for your application, find your bin's wall thickness in the table.
Kits include a U-channel bracket, a manual air valve, an automatic filter/regulator/lubricator, and two hoses with fittings. Some come with an extra replacement hose.

Electric Vibrators for Wet Materials
Since they generate vibration with electromagnets, these vibrators have no moving parts that can wear out and shorten service life. They pound on container walls to dislodge sticky, caked-on materials. Vibrators require a controller (sold separately). Bin wall thickness determines the force required to move the material in the bin. To select a vibrator strong enough for your application, find your bin's wall thickness in the table.
Style 4 have an internal cushion for reduced noise. They are water resistant for use in environments with splashing water.
Style 5 make direct contact with the container wall for maximum impact. They are water resistant for use in environments with splashing water.
Required controllers have an adjustable speed dial. Controllers for 3,600 VPM vibrators are rated NEMA 4 for protection against washdowns, corrosion, and dust. Choose by matching the vibrator's voltage, vibration speed, and current to the controller.

Electric Vibrating Feeders

Air-Powered Vibrating Feeders
These vibrators have a muffler and an air cushion prevent metal-to-metal contact. They have a built-in vibrator that shakes material to stimulate flow through the trough. They're often used to feed material in mixing or packaging operations. All require a solenoid valve (sold separately).
Vibrating feeders with a 304 stainless steel trough are often used in wet and corrosive conditions.
