Vacuum-Rated Air Separators for Water Removal
Improve vacuum system efficiency and protect components from moisture—these separators remove over 90% of water from air. Typically used with vacuum pumps, they minimize vacuum pressure drop, even when the element is saturated with water. Separators have a viewing window so you can see inside to monitor water removal. Mount separator vertically for proper drainage (brackets sold separately), and install before air filters.

Moisture/Particle Separators
These separators remove 99% of moisture and particles, leaving you with nothing but clean dry air, inert gas, or steam. They have no baskets or cartridges to clean or replace. Particles fall to the bottom of the separator and are discharged through the drain trap with minimal pressure loss.
Separators with 150 psi are smaller and more efficient; a baffle separates contaminants from your media. Separators with 250 psi use centrifugal flow to remove contaminants from your media.

Compressed Air Separators
Prevent equipment damage caused by moisture. The first step in water removal, these separators remove the water that accumulates as compressed air cools. They have a float-operated drain valve that automatically opens when the bowl begins to fill. Install in your air line after compressors and aftercoolers.
Separators with a sight glass allow you to see inside the bowl to monitor its contents.
Separators with feet can be placed on the floor or suspended from piping without support.

High-Flow Compressed Air Separators

These separators have higher flow rates compared to our other compressed air separators. Prevent equipment damage and wear caused by moisture in your compressed air supply. The first step in water removal, use one of these separators to remove the large amount of water created as compressed air cools. A float-operated drain valve automatically opens when the bowl begins to fill. Install separators in your air line after compressors and aftercoolers..

Compressed Air Separators for Oil Removal
In addition to removing large amounts of water, these separators also remove particles and oil droplets. Place them after your compressor and aftercooler, or at the point of use in applications that don't require an aftercooler. They have an automatic drain to discharge the moisture.
Separators with a polycarbonate plastic bowl are clear, so you can see inside to monitor contents.
Separators with an aluminum bowl are stronger than those with a polycarbonate plastic bowl—they won’t crack or shatter if dropped.

Disposable Compressed Air Condensate Separators

Remove oil from condensate without needing to service these separators when they’re full. They’re ideal for small operations with limited maintenance resources and infrequently used air lines. With push-to-connect fittings, it’s fast and simple to swap in a new unit—no messy filters to handle. They remove synthetic lubricants just as well as our reusable separators, so your condensate will be safe for disposal. Be sure to check local codes for disposal requirements. They include brackets for mounting.

Compressed Air Condensate Separators

Let these separators handle the dirty work of condensate disposal. When water condenses in a compressed air system, it picks up oil from the compressor, making disposal a challenge. These separators use two-stage filtration to cut oil content to under five parts per million. The primary filter clears out dirt, sludge, and most of the oil. The secondary filter handles the rest—including synthetic lubricants that other systems struggle with. A service sticker shows when it’s time to replace the filters. Check local codes for disposal requirements.
A sampling port lets you test water without disconnecting outlet piping. Connect up to four compressed air components—such as aftercoolers, separators, or drain valves—to the four inlets.
Replacement kits include both filter bags and a fresh service sticker.

Filter Bags for Compressed Air Condensate Separators

Remove oil from the condensate in your air line, so you can properly dispose of it. These bags replace old ones in your compressed air condensate separators. They also include oil-absorbing prefilters. Check the manufacturer series on your separator to ensure compatibility.
