Made of Buna-N, this hose won't break down from oil, so you can run lubricated air to power tools. The hose is reinforced with yarn to strengthen it without limiting flexibility, which means you can route the hose through tight spaces or coil it around reels. It has a rubber cover that stands up to abrasion, weather, and ozone. The cover won’t conduct electricity.

Reels with Lubricated-Air Hose with Threaded Fittings

Hose is oil resistant for use with power tools that require lubricated air. Pull the hose out of the reel and it locks in place; give it a quick tug and the hose retracts.

Reels with 6" Lg. x 6" Wd. mounting base are for applications where the hose is pulled straight out of the reel.

Reels with 9" Lg. x 8" Wd. mounting base have a larger base for more support so hose can be pulled out of the reel at an angle.

Reels with controlled retraction are also called safety reels because the retraction speed is reduced to 5 ft. per second to increase operator safety.

Additional mounting brackets (sold separately) allow reels to pivot or mount to a beam.

Abrasion-Resistant Firm Rubber Tubing for Air and Water

Neoprene Rubber Tubing

With excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing, this rubber tubing can hold up in rugged environments. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.

Neoprene tubing can handle higher temperatures than polyurethane tubing. It meets ASTM E162 specifications for surface flammability. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see what’s running through the line.

Multiline Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air

Don’t get your lines crossed—use one of these couplings to quickly connect or disconnect multiple tubes at once. They keep tubes organized and optimize space in tight spots. Often used in robotics, these couplings are ideal for complex pneumatic systems.

Through-wall couplings allow you to connect and disconnect air lines on a panel or machine. This is useful when you are going to transport and reconnect your equipment on site.

Push-to-connect fittings are for firm and hard tubing. Also known as instant fittings. To connect to tubing, insert the tube into the fitting—an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the fitting in place. To disconnect, push on the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting.

Keyed couplings prevent mixing and matching the wrong lines, since they’ll only connect with a plug or socket that is keyed the same.

Tighten the built-in clamping ring to lock the couplings together. To disconnect, loosen the clamping ring and then pull the couplings apart while rotating. Made of brass, these couplings are more durable than plastic couplings and have good corrosion resistance.

A general purpose duct hose for blowing and venting air, this polyester hose is lightweight and has a wear strip to protect against damage. Hose meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance.

Hose with embedded wire ends has a wire rope sewn into each end that lets you connect lengths of hose without a duct hose connector or clamp. Squeeze the end on one hose and slip it into the opening of another.
