Selectable-Flow-Rate Easy-Stroke Drum Pumps for Water and Chemicals
These pumps have a selectable flow rate, so you can adjust flow for different dispensing applications. A lever handle maximizes output with each stroke for low-effort dispensing.
Whenever working with flammable liquids, always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.

316 Stainless Steel Air-Powered Transfer Pumps
for Chemicals, Fuel, and Flammable Liquids
With a 316 stainless steel housing and a PTFE diaphragm, these pumps resist a variety of acids, alkalies, and flammable liquids such as phosphoric acid, acetone, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). They're designed for moving large volumes of thick sludges and slurries in demanding environments. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. All are submersible and can run dry.
Fluid-side maintenance kits include diaphragms, check valve balls, and seals.
Air-motor maintenance kits include seals, O-rings, gaskets, retaining rings, and an air valve spool.

Smooth-Flow Air-Powered Transfer Pumps
Also known as sprayer pumps, these provide a smooth, uniform flow for agricultural spraying, soap dispensing, and chemical transferring. They automatically turn on when you open the outlet valve. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. Do not run dry.
Buna-N diaphragm is oil resistant and often used with detergents.
Fluoroelastomer diaphragm is compatible with many etching and cleaning solutions that have a low concentration of nitric acid.

Harsh-Environment Compact Constant-Flow-Rate Pumps for Water and Oil
An aluminum enclosure around the motor provides protection in dusty and dirty environments. Designed to fit into small equipment, these pumps have miniature gears and a subfractional horsepower motor for low-flow applications. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Self-Priming Stainless Steel Circulation Pumps for Chemicals
Self-priming up to 6 ft., these pumps have a stainless steel housing sealed with PTFE to resist chemicals such as ammonia and detergents as well as harsh solvents including methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Pumps are self-priming after you fill the pump chamber with liquid. As liquid in the chamber is expelled, a suction force is created which allows the pump to draw liquid upward.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry. If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Stainless Steel Circulation Pumps for Chemicals
A 316 stainless steel housing sealed with fluoroelastomer resists mild chemicals and acids, such as coolant, oil, and phosphoric acid. These pumps have a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. They are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

High-Flow Metering Pumps for Chemicals
For high-volume chemical sampling and draining, these pumps have a powerful motor that enables them to move 2,592 gallons of liquid per day. They're commonly used with ammonia, acid-washing solutions, and cleaning fluids. Motor is open dripproof (ODP) for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Pumps are self-priming and create a suction force to draw liquid upward. Mount up to 15 feet above your liquid source. They can run dry. Do not use with solids.
