Oval-Shaped Threaded Connecting Links—Not for Lifting
Also known as quick links, these links thread closed by hand or with a wrench. Use them to secure loads with ropes or chains. The nut must completely cover the threads for these links to handle their maximum capacity. All can be reused.
Zinc-plated steel links are mildly corrosion resistant.
316 stainless steel links have excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.
