    Easy-Weld Wear Plates

Image of Product. Front orientation. Wear Plates. Weld On, Easy Weld.
Combine the high wear resistance of a cast iron face with the ease of welding a low-carbon steel base. You'll often see these wear plates used on backhoe and excavator bucket teeth, but you can use them anywhere you need to protect equipment from heavy abrasion, friction, and impact. Also known as chocky bars because they resemble a chocolate bar, these plates can be shortened by breaking off sections. Cut through the low-carbon base at a scored section, then wrap the plate with a cloth and hit it with a hammer to break the cast iron side.

Easy-Install Vibration-Damping Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

Image of Product. Front orientation. Leveling Mounts. Easy-Install Vibration-Damping Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud, With Cushion.

    With Cushion

A two-piece design requires less clearance to install than one-piece mounts. Raise your machine just enough to slide the base underneath, then insert the stud from above through a threaded or unthreaded hole. The stud rests in a divot in the base and swivels to keep equipment level on slightly sloped and pitted floors. Mounts also have a rubber cushion that reduces vibration to protect components and extend your machine’s life.
Iron Base—These mounts are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.
Rubber Cushion—In addition to reducing vibration, the cushion grips surfaces so vibrating equipment doesn't slide. It also cuts down on noise and protects floors from scrapes and gouges.

    Style 2

    Style 3

Absorb higher-intensity shocks and vibration than mounts without springs. These mounts compress (deflect) four times farther than other mounts when force is applied to protect shaking, thudding machinery and nearby equipment. They also dissipate the low, slow-moving vibrations other mounts can't handle, such as the rumbling of traffic or a large air compressor.
Style 2—An upgrade from Style 1, these mounts have an adjustment bolt to level equipment after installation. They stay in place without needing to be anchored. If you do need extra hold, they have a spot for a bolt to anchor them. They’re a good choice when space is limited and floors are uneven, but they don’t resist side-to-side motion as well as Style 3.
Style 3—A housing over the spring resists side-to-side motion better than other mounts. However, these mounts take up more space than Styles 1 and 2. They also have an adjustment bolt, so you can level equipment after installation. They stay in place without needing to be anchored. If you do need extra hold, they have holes for bolts to anchor them.
