The top compartment has a window that shields the monitor while providing a clear view of the screen. Louvered cutouts allow ventilation to keep equipment cool, and all compartments have a keyed lock for added security.

Style A have cutouts for routing cords. A rear door provides access for performing maintenance.

Style B protect a computer from dirt and dust with gasketed construction. A fan/filter assembly keeps air inside clean and circulating, and a rear door provides access for performing maintenance.

Style C are made of stainless steel to withstand corrosive environments. They have cutouts in the back for routing cords.

Heavy Duty Stand-Up-Height Computer Workstations

With thicker steel and a thicker window than other stand-up-height computer workstations, these workstations protect a computer from tough plant environments. They have a surge suppressor outlet strip and a fan/filter assembly that keeps air inside clean and circulating. The top compartment has a latch that can only be opened when the bottom compartment is unlocked. Secure the bottom compartment and keyboard tray with padlocks.

Mobile workstations have a floor lock to keep them in place.

Carts with Outlet Strips

Also known as A/V and audio/visual carts, these carts come with a 15-amp outlet strip and power cord.

Adjustable Style B and E carts have additional frame pieces that can be swapped in to change the height of the shelves.

Polyethylene carts are lightweight and resist dents and corrosion. Steel carts are heavier and more durable than plastic carts. Enclosed carts have a door with a lock.

Carts with a slip-resistant surface prevent items from sliding. Carts with an adjustable top shelf require some assembly to adjust the height.

Style A-K carts have four swivel casters for easy maneuvering and wheel brakes to prevent the cart from rolling.

Solid plastic wheels work best on smooth surfaces. Rubber tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength surrounded by a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on all surfaces.
