Crack-Resistant Hard Plastic Tubing for Chemicals

You don’t have to worry about this tubing cracking due to stress or impact—even over a wide range of temperatures. Tubing has the chemical resistance to withstand a variety of acids and other harsh substances.
PFA tubing is also known as Chemfluor. It is smoother than Teflon® PFA tubing, so it’s easier to clean.
Teflon® PFA tubing can handle higher temperatures than standard PFA tubing.
Clear tubing allows you to easily monitor flow. Semi-clear tubing gives you a limited view inside the line.
Semi-flexible tubing is good for gradual bends. Rigid tubing will not bend.
Tubing that meets USP Class VI adheres to specifications for material testing; it is not for use in medical applications.

Cleaned and Bagged High-Purity Hard Plastic Tubing

Designed for high-purity applications, this hard tubing is cleaned and bagged to prevent dirt and moisture from contaminating the inside. It is free of plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid running through it. Tubing is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends. It is FDA compliant for contact with food.
PFA tubing can withstand a wider temperature range and higher pressures than polypropylene tubing. It is produced in a clean room, so it’s best for applications where sanitation is crucial, such as food processing and pharmaceuticals. Tubing meets NSF/ANSI 51 for food contact. It meets USP Class VI specifications for material testing, but is not for use in medical applications. Tubing meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance, so it delays the spread of flames to valuable equipment. It is clear, so you can easily monitor flow through the line.
