Stiff yet moldable, this foam takes the shape of any object that's pressed into it. Often used to make molds, these phenolic foam sheets are also used for packaging when you need to keep uniquely shaped items in place. Foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed. It is furnished in a package of two sheets.
Sound Barrier Sheets
Reflect sound and block noise from traveling to other parts of your facility.
Plain-back melamine foam and fiberglass sheets have an additional layer to reduce noise within an area. They can be used to line machinery enclosures.

Gasket Tape for Pipe Flanges

Because this expanded PTFE tape is thicker than other gasket tape, it fills the irregularities on rough-surfaced flanges when compressed for a tight seal. This gasket tape is chemically inert, except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine.
Gasket tape that is FDA Compliant 21 CFR 177.1550 is for use with food and beverage.

Made-to-Order Ultra-Chemical-Resistant PTFE Gaskets

Let us precision cut a gasket for you to your exact specifications using your DXF file. These gaskets are made of soft expanded PTFE, which is chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine).
First select a thickness, then select a sheet size that’s large enough to accommodate your gasket. Gasket cross section must be at least 0.093" and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.080". Finally, send us your DXF file. Depending on the size of your gasket, we’ll send you as many same-design gaskets as a sheet will yield, up to 20 gaskets for 12"×12" sheets, and up to 40 gaskets for 24"×24" sheets.

Foam-Forming 3D Printer Filaments

Print these polypropylene filaments into filters, gaskets, and other lightweight, foam-like parts that let air and gas pass through but repel water. They contain a filler that dissolves in water, forming hollow spaces that make up 45% of the part. Polypropylene is known for being rigid yet flexible, so it absorbs impacts and bounces back to shape after bending, making these filaments good for compressible seals and living hinges. It also resists hydrocholoric and phosphoric acids, as well as other nonoxidizing acids and bases.
These filaments work with fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. If using a glass print surface, apply an adhesive to prevent the filament from detaching. The recommended print speed is 25 mm/s. While polypropylene is likely to shrink, the filler in these filaments supports your design, preventing it from losing shape as it prints. Submerge your part in hot water for about 24 hours after printing to dissolve the filler and expose the pores.
For extra support when printing complex designs, use structural support 3D printer filaments. They dissolve in water at the same time as this filament’s filler.
