Hole Saw Pipe and Tube Notching Clamps
Hole Saw Not Included
Use this clamp with your 1/2" chuck capacity drill and a hole saw to cut notches in pipe and tubing to make intersecting connections. Choose a hole saw with the same diameter as the OD of the pipe to which you are attaching the notched pipe. The clamp comes with a 1/2"-20 arbor for use with 9/16"-1 1/8" diameter hole saws and a 5/8"-18 adapter for use with 1 1/4"-2" diameter hole saws. Bolt or clamp the notcher to the edge of your workbench, or use the mounting bracket to secure the notcher to the center of your workbench or to a drill press.
Optional 1/2"-20, 5/8"-18 dual-thread arbor can be used in place of the adapter for a more secure hold on 1 1/4" to 2" diameter hole saws.
