Also known as cylinder speed controls, flow control valves let you control the extension or retraction speed of your air cylinder. They regulate airflow as it passes from the valve's inlet to its outlet. Air flows freely in the opposite direction.

Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Barbed fittings on these valves grip onto tubing, providing a secure hold. To divert flow between ports in chemical-processing applications, they have a chemical-resistant seal and a PVDF body to withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions.
Valves with L-pattern flow direct flow from the bottom-port inlet to either side-port outlet or shut off flow completely.
Valves with T-pattern flow can use any port as an inlet or an outlet. Turn the handle to direct flow from the inlet port to either outlet port at full capacity, direct flow to both outlet ports simultaneously at reduced capacity, or shut off flow completely.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.

Made of stainless steel and plastic parts, these valves are more corrosion resistant than valves made of brass, aluminum, or zinc. They control the speed of air-powered equipment by adjusting the volume of airflow. Use them to control flow in one direction as air moves from the inlet to the outlet. Air flows freely in the opposite direction. Typically, valves are installed to control flow as it exits the cylinder (meter out), but they may also be installed to control flow as it enters the cylinder (meter in). They’re designed to be mounted inline, allowing you to install them in an easy-to-reach location along your line. For the best control, mount them as close to the cylinder as possible to minimize the length of tubing between the cylinder and the valve. Insert plastic or soft metal tubing into the push-to-connect ports.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve.
