In addition to having a low-friction surface that prevents sticking and binding, this tough, impact- and wear-resistant material handles the scuffs, scrapes, and strikes that other plastics can’t. These sheets, bars, and strips are often used to make machine guards and chute liners. They are all FDA compliant for direct food contact.

These cast acrylic sheets, bars, and cubes are often fabricated into tanks, see-through barrier panels, and light fixture lenses. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® Acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material is scratch and UV resistant; it stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.
These lightweight, flexible fiberglass sheets are typically used to insulate equipment and appliances.
Sheets with temperature range of 0° to 350° F can be layered to increase efficiency.
