Slippery UHMW Polyethylene Sheets, Bars, and Strips
In addition to having a low-friction surface that prevents sticking and binding, this tough, impact- and wear-resistant material handles the scuffs, scrapes, and strikes that other plastics can’t. These sheets, bars, and strips are often used to make machine guards and chute liners. They are all FDA compliant for direct food contact.

Moisture-Resistant Polyethylene (HDPE) Sheets, Bars, and Strips
Practically nonabsorbent, these sheets, bars, and strips won't swell when exposed to water. They’re harder and denser than LDPE, plus they’re more chemical resistant. They are often machined into plugs, seals, and containers.

Wear-Resistant Easy-to-Machine Delrin® Acetal Resin Sheets, Bars, and Strips
These sheets, bars, and strips resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be easily machined to close tolerances. They also have a naturally slippery, wear-resistant surface. Use them to make precision gears, bushings, and bearings. Delrin® acetal resin, also known as acetal homopolymer, is stronger and stiffer than acetal copolymer.
White sheets, bars, and strips are FDA compliant for contact with food.

Chemical-Resistant PVC Sheets and Bars

Clear Scratch- and UV-Resistant Cast Acrylic Sheets, Bars, and Cubes
These cast acrylic sheets, bars, and cubes are often fabricated into tanks, see-through barrier panels, and light fixture lenses. Contoured Sound-Absorbing Sheets
Also known as egg crate, these sheets have peaks and valleys that absorb more sound at higher frequencies than flat-surface sheets. Use them to quiet noisy areas and line machine enclosures. Sheets are made of humidity-resistant polyurethane foam.
