In addition to having a low-friction surface that prevents sticking and binding, this tough, impact- and wear-resistant material handles the scuffs, scrapes, and strikes that other plastics can’t. These sheets, bars, and strips are often used to make machine guards and chute liners. They are all FDA compliant for direct food contact.

Practically nonabsorbent, these sheets, bars, and strips won't swell when exposed to water. They’re harder and denser than LDPE, plus they’re more chemical resistant. They are often machined into plugs, seals, and containers.
These sheets, bars, and strips resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be easily machined to close tolerances. They also have a naturally slippery, wear-resistant surface. Use them to make precision gears, bushings, and bearings. Delrin® acetal resin, also known as acetal homopolymer, is stronger and stiffer than acetal copolymer.
White sheets, bars, and strips are FDA compliant for contact with food.

An economical alternative to Delrin® acetal resin, these acetal copolymer sheets and bars offer the same naturally slippery surface and similar wear resistance. They resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be machined to close tolerances. Use them for parts that require precision, such as gears, bearings, and bushings.
In addition to being easier to machine than standard nylon 6/6, these cast nylon 6 sheets and bars are also better electrical insulators. They have a wear-resistant, slippery surface that reduces friction. Use them to make gears, sprockets, and wear strips. This material is comparable to Nylatron and Nycast.
These cast acrylic sheets, bars, and cubes are often fabricated into tanks, see-through barrier panels, and light fixture lenses. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® Acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material is scratch and UV resistant; it stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.
