Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Because they tightly thread to M12 connections, these connectors won’t let contaminants in or come loose from vibration in rugged industrial environments and automated systems as they send power and signal or just power to your equipment. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you’ll mismatch connectors.
A- and C-coded connectors send both power and signal, while K-, L-, S-, and T-coded connectors only send power. C-coded connectors are often used with AC sensors and actuators.
Receptacles thread into panels and walls, making them best for stationary or permanent installations such as control panels. 90° elbow connectors run your cord along the side of equipment, so they fit behind machines and in tight spaces.
IP67 and IP68 rated connectors can withstand brief submersion. IP69 rated connectors stand up to high-temperature, high-pressure spraying water. Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets and female receptacles may have extra holes on their face that are not used.

Harsh Environment Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Send power and signal to devices with M12 connections that are exposed to some of the toughest industrial stresses—from welding to metal machining and changing temperatures. These connectors have either a TPE outer insulation or stainless steel housing that resists abrasion and won’t pit or crack from water, chemicals, oil, coolant, or welding runoff. They’re threaded for a secure hold that won’t shake loose from vibration, making them good for automated systems. This threaded connection, along with their NEMA and IP ratings, means they also seal out dust and water from rain, washdowns, and even submersion when mated. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you'll mismatch connections.
Because the outer insulation on plugs and sockets is also flexible, they’re good for jobs with continuous motion, such as robotics. Their insulation resists sunlight as well, so you can use them outdoors. Receptacles thread into panels and walls. Choose them for stationary or permanent installations, such as control panels.
C-coded connectors are primarily used with AC sensors and actuators.
90° elbow connectors run your cord along the side of equipment, so they fit behind machines and in tight spaces.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their NEMA and IP ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets and female receptacles may have extra holes on their face that are not used.

Micro M12 Cords
The threaded ends on these cords seal out contaminants and resist coming loose from vibration in tough industrial environments and automated systems while sending power and signal to devices with M12 connections. Poles and keyways on the connector face adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance of mismatching connections during setup.
C-coded cords are primarily used with AC sensors and actuators.
Cords with polyurethane or TPE insulation resist chemicals and sunlight, so you can use them outdoors. Because they stand up to bending, they’re good for jobs with continuous motion, such as robotics. TPE also resists abrasion and won’t pit or crack from welding runoff.
Use unshielded cords in applications where signal interference isn’t a concern.
When mated, the connectors are IP rated to block out dust and water if briefly submersed.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.

Harsh Environment Micro M12 Cords
TPE insulation protects these cords from some of the toughest industrial conditions, including abrasion, coolants, chemicals, UV rays, and weld slag. Use them in areas with welding, machining, and fluctuating temperatures to send signal and power to M12 proximity switches, valves, and other devices. These cords are flexible and have threaded ends for a secure connection that withstands the movement and vibration of automated lines and robotics. When mated, they’re NEMA or IP rated to seal out dust and water from washdowns. Standardized pole and keyway coding layouts prevent accidental mis-mating during setup.
C-coded cords are primarily used with AC devices.
NEMA 6P and IP67 ratings also protect switches from temporary submersion.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their NEMA or IP ratings when not in use.
