Most buffing processes have two steps:
Cutting, the first step, removes scratches and surface imperfections.
Coloring, the second step, produces an even finish.
Remove dirt, oils, and ink from rubber to restore a smooth, clean surface. These cleaners are often used on copier and printing press rollers.
