    Wet-Environment Wear-Resistant Rope—For Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rope. Wet-Environment Wear-Resistant Rope—For Lifting.
Strong even when wet, this rope is a high-performance polyethylene comparable to Spectra and Dyneema. It is commonly used as a lightweight alternative to wire rope due to its superior strength to weight ratio. The braided cover protects the braided core from wear during use. This rope knots easily and won’t rotate under load. Made of polyester, the cover also resists UV rays, rot, oil, and gas.
Note: The safety factor for capacity is 5:1. Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
Polyurethane-Coated Polyester Plastic Cover—Polyurethane-coated rope is good for high-friction applications since its coating gives it increased wear resistance. This rope is also core supported, so the rope holds the weight of a load with its core. This means if the cover is damaged, you can repair it without impacting the rope’s capacity.

    Long-Life Ultra-Wear-Resistant Rope—For Lifting

Image of Product. Side1 orientation. Rope. Long-Life Ultra-Wear-Resistant Rope—For Lifting.
Made from a blend of high-performance polyester and polyethylene with a polyurethane coating, this rope has the greatest wear resistance of any rope we offer. It will stand up to high-friction applications, such as lifting heavy loads with a multiple pulley system. In addition to being long lasting, this rope also resists stretching and slipping. The polyester used for this rope is also known as Vectran; the polyethylene is comparable to Dyneema and Spectra. Braided with a hollow core, this rope is easier to splice than other rope when adding a fitting or connecting rope. It does not rotate under load.
Note: The safety factor for capacity is 5:1. Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Rope with Eye on Both Ends—Not for Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rope. Rope with Eye on Both Ends—Not for Lifting.
Rope has an eye on both ends to save time when attaching to tie downs and hooks. It knots easily and won’t rotate under load. Note: The safety factor for capacity is 12:1.
Polyethylene—Polyethylene rope is strong even when wet. Its performance is comparable to Spectra and Dyneema. It’s commonly used as a lightweight alternative to wire rope because of its excellent strength to weight ratio.

    Flexible Shackles for Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Shackles. Flexible Shackles for Lifting.
A flexible and lightweight option for lifting. Made of polyethylene rope with a nylon cover, these shackles wrap around a variety of lifting points without marring surfaces. All meet ASME specifications for rigging and lifting equipment. To close them, pull the bar through the loop and slide the rubber lock over each end of the bar. Keep these shackles away from sharp edges, which could cause them to break and fail.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the lift angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the shackle can lift is significantly reduced.

Clip these lanyards onto a rated structure—they form their own anchor. They extend and retract as you move around, but with a sudden jerk, such as a fall, they immediately lock like a seat belt to stop you. They stop your fall within inches, unlike shock-absorbing lanyards that extend several feet. A built-in shock absorber reduces the jolt of the stop. Used together with a harness, they help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
Class 1—Use Class 1 lanyards when the anchor is at the same level as or above your D-ring.
Hook-Over Anchor Point—Hook-over lanyards have a large snap hook, known as a rebar hook, that attaches directly to a rated structure such as a scaffold or pipe to create an anchor point.
Wraparound Anchor Point—Wraparound lanyards loop around a rated structure such as an I-beam and then attach to themselves to create an anchor point.
1 Anchor End Connection—Lanyards with 1 anchor end connection are best when you’re working in a single location.
2 Anchor End Connections—Lanyards with 2 anchor end connections let you move between anchors while staying tethered. Attach the new anchor point before disconnecting the previous one.
Webbing—Webbing lanyards are flexible and lightweight, so they won't weigh you down.
Anchored Housing—Lanyards with an anchored housing are easier on your back than other retracting lanyards, since the weight of the housing hangs on the anchor rather than your harness’s D-ring.

Cab-Mount Bracket—Lanyards with a cab-mounting bracket have a curved top that slides along the rail of your vehicle, so you can move freely.
Impact-Indicating Stitching—Lanyards with impact indicator stitching have patches designed to tear during a fall or impact, so it’s easy to tell if a lanyard is still safe to use.
RFID Tag—Lanyards with an RFID tag can be scanned during inventory and inspections to make tracking easy.

Quick-Stop Retracting Fall-Arrest Lanyards with Alarms

Like an alarm on your car dashboard, these lanyards flash and beep until you're clipped into fall protection on an order picker or other vehicle. They come with a Bluetooth sensor that pairs with the lanyard carabiner. Together they detect when you're onboard and clipped into the anchor point. Compatible with most order pickers, the sensor mounts to the cab of your vehicle and hooks into its wiring for power.
These lanyards extend and retract as you move around, but with a sudden jerk, such as a fall, they immediately lock like a seat belt to stop you. They stop your fall within inches, unlike shock-absorbing lanyards that extend several feet. A built-in shock absorber reduces the jolt of the stop. These lanyards are Class 1, so they work with D-rings that are at the same level as or below your anchor. When used together with an anchor and a harness, these lanyards help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
An RFID tag makes these lanyards easy to track during inventory and inspections.
