Secure wire to screw connections without worrying it will pop off. A go-to for terminal blocks, batteries, and circuit breaker panels, ring terminals encircle the whole screw shank, so they stay put better than spade and hook terminals when vibrated or pulled. They take a bit longer to install, however, because you have to completely remove the screw. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.

NoninsulatedThe basic, economical option when short circuits from nearby wiring aren't a concern.

Single CrimpProvides a secure enough grip for most jobs.
