    Chain

Pair this chain with sprockets to transmit power between rotating shafts. Like the chain on a bike, the side plates have a figure-eight shape that grips the sprockets without slipping.
Lubrication is key to smooth operation and long chain life. Routinely apply oil by hand or install an oil dispenser for continuous lubrication.
Steel—The go-to for roller chain, steel is strong and economical. While proper lubrication helps prevent rusting, it’s not as corrosion resistant as coated or stainless steel.
Corrosion-Resistant-Coated Steel—Combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. The coating has been tested to withstand 500 hours of salt spray, so it holds up well in wet and outdoor conditions.
Corrosion-Resistant 304 Stainless Steel—Won't corrode from frequent washdowns and mild chemicals, including ammonia often found in cleaning solutions.

Extra Heavy Duty Chain for Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Chain. Extra Heavy Duty Chain for Lifting.
Lift, hoist, and rig heavy equipment, vehicles, containers, and more with the strongest chain we offer. This chain is graded by weight capacity, so you can pick the best option whether you're hauling a bulldozer or unloading cargo from a ship. Look for the manufacturer's stamp on each link to confirm the grade.
When using fittings with chain, match the trade size and meet or exceed the chain’s grade to avoid chain damage or failure.
Warning: Never use chain to lift people or items over people.
High-Temperature Grade 63 Chain—With a maximum temperature of 650° F, this chain withstands higher temperatures than other steel chain. It's ideal for lifting in steel mills, refineries, and other hot environments.
Grade 80 Chain—Your go-to option for most lifting jobs. Rig and lift industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, and shipping containers with this chain.
Grade 100 Chain—For exceptionally heavy lifting jobs. It's approximately 25% stronger than Grade 80 chain to handle larger loads and continuous lifting tasks in settings such as construction and mining.
Grade 120 Chain—The strongest chain in the industry at approximately 20% stronger than Grade 100 chain. The uniquely-shaped links increase the chain's capacity and minimize wear, so you can use a smaller size than Grade 80 or 100 chain to lift the same amount of weight.
Steel—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause this chain to rust.
Black Painted Steel—Best for dry environments as paint may chip and corrode over time.
Zinc-Plated Steel—A common and economical choice, the zinc plating resists occasional moisture.
Black Zinc-Plated Steel—A common and economical choice, the zinc plating resists occasional moisture.
Powder-Coated Steel—Powder coating steel gives it a colored finish and a strong barrier against moisture and mild chemicals.
Highly Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant chain holds up in any environment. It won't degrade even when exposed to salt water, acids, and harsh chemicals such as bleach.

    Heavy Duty Chain

Image of Product. Front orientation. Chain. Heavy Duty Chain.
Bind, tie down and tow loads with this chain. This chain is graded based on weight capacity, so you'll always know exactly how much it can handle. Look for the manufacturer's stamp on each link to confirm the grade.
When using fittings with chain, match the trade size and meet or exceed the chain’s grade to avoid chain damage or failure.
    Warning: Not for overhead lifting.
Grade 30 Chain—An economical choice for everyday industrial jobs that require only moderate strength. It's commonly used to create guardrails and to secure loads on farms and construction sites.
Tangle-Resistant Grade 30 Chain—The strongest tangle-resistant chain we offer. Shorter links make this chain easier to coil and less likely to knot when you're trying to store or transport it.
Grade 43 Chain—50% stronger than Grade 30 chain, this chain is great for towing as well as quickly securing and releasing large loads when logging.
High-Temperature Grade 63 Chain—This chain withstands temperatures up to 500° F, making it excellent for tie downs and towing in steel mills, refineries, and other hot environments.
Grade 70 Chain—Secure vehicles, machinery, and other loads on trailers and trucks for safe transportation. It's approximately 20% stronger than Grade 43 chain and 60% stronger than Grade 30 chain. Also known as transport chain, it meets D.O.T. standards for load securement.
Steel—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause this chain to rust.
Zinc-Plated Steel—A common and economical choice, the zinc plating resists occasional moisture.
Zinc-Yellow-Chromate-Plated Steel—Won't scratch or wear away as fast as clear zinc plating and resists occasional moisture. The distinctive golden color confirms this chain is compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Galvanized Steel—A thick coating protects this chain in wet and outdoor environments about as well as 304 stainless steel, but it corrodes when exposed to salt water and chemicals.

Latching hooks allow you to quickly release a load. The chain provides strength and ruggedness to withstand harsh working conditions. Slings include a tag that shows chain grade and size, length, and capacities in each configuration.
Note: Do not use slings at an angle less than 30°.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
Grade 100 Steel Chain—Grade 100 steel slings are approximately 20% stronger than grade 80 steel.
