    Pressure Transmitters

    Remotely monitor pressure in general purpose applications such as pumping and compressing systems. These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    Transmitters are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 or IP67 and are good for washdown and corrosive environments.

    Transmitters with output current connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

    Easy-Setup Pressure Transmitters

    These transmitters automatically compensate for error introduced by vibration as well as temperature fluctuations, so you do not need to program corrections for these factors into your receiving device. Use the keypad on these transmitters to set the pressure range, choose the unit of measure, and zero the reading. These transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. They will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    All transmitters are rated IP66 and NEMA 4X for use in washdown and corrosive environments and have a Hastelloy nickel diaphragm to resist harsh chemicals.
    These transmitters typically connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA output current. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. They can also be configured using three or four wires.

    Pressure Transmitters with Digital Display

    Read pressure directly at the source and send data remotely with one device. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the pressure range and output signal of the transmitter. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    To change settings and receive error messages remotely from your PLC or computer, program one of the outputs to use IO Link. You need an IO-Link controller (not included) to connect to your interface.
    All have an M12 plug to connect to M12 sockets. When using the analog output current they require two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. These transmitters can also connect using three wires to send an analog output voltage—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire that sends a signal to the receiver.     High-Accuracy Pressure Transmitters

    At least four times as accurate as standard pressure transmitters, these transmitters are ideal for use in laboratories and analytical testing applications. All come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy. Also known as transducers, pressure transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    These transmitters connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA output current. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.
    All transmitters are CE marked, meaning they meet European safety standards. NEMA 4X rated transmitters are for use in washdown and corrosive environments. IP67 rated transmitters are protected from temporary submersion during washdowns.

    Hazardous-Location Easy-Setup Pressure Transmitters

    Safely monitor liquid, gas, and steam pressure in hazardous locations with these transmitters. They meet NEC safety standards, so they protect against an explosion where flammable gases and vapors are present.
    These transmitters automatically compensate for error created by vibration or fluctuations in temperature, so there’s no need to account for these factors when programming your receiving device. Use the keypad to set the pressure range, choose the unit of measure, and zero the reading. They convert pressure into an electrical signal and send it to your receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    All transmitters are rated IP66 and NEMA 4X to protect against dirt, dust, washdowns, weather, and corrosion, and their Hastelloy nickel connection resists harsh chemicals.
    These transmitters typically connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA output current. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter.     Flush-Mount Pressure Transmitters

    The diaphragm on these transmitters mounts flush with your system’s connection, leaving no room for thick liquids to clog or harden. They’re often used to monitor pressure in wastewater, paint, and adhesive-dispensing applications. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    All are rated IP67 and IP69K, so they'll withstand temporary submersion as well as high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. CE marked, they meet European safety standards.
    Connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

    Pressure Transmitters for Compressed Air

    With a pressure range common to most compressed air systems, use these transmitters to monitor your system's air pressure. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices such as remote displays and motor speed controls. They can also connect to a programmable logic controller (PLC) with two digital PNP switch outputs, so you can activate automated controls or alarms when a set pressure is reached. They have a digital display with buttons to change settings.
    For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.

With an adjustable range, also known as adjustable zero and adjustable span, the top and bottom of the pressure range can be changed by up to 5%.
