    High-Accuracy Vacuum Transmitters

    These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert vacuum to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor vacuum or control equipment. As vacuum decreases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's vacuum range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated vacuum range.
    4 mA to 20 mA Output Current—Wire Lead Connection

    These transmitters connect using two wires to send a 4 to 20 mA current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn't lose signal over long distances and isn't affected by electrical interference from other devices.
    Calibration Certificate Traceable to NIST—All come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy.
    ±0.25% Accuracy—At least four times as accurate as standard vacuum transmitters, these transmitters sense vacuum at an accuracy of ±0.25%, making them ideal for use in laboratories and in analytical testing applications.
    IP67 Enclosure Rating and NEMA 4X Enclosure Rating—IP and NEMA rated, these transmitters withstand weather, corrosion, and brief submersion. They’re CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.

These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert vacuum to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor vacuum or control equipment. As vacuum decreases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase.     Compressed Air Vacuum Transmitters

    Designed for compressed air and gas systems, these transmitters remotely monitor vacuum. Also known as transducers, they convert vacuum to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, and motor speed controls. They also have two digital PNP switch outputs that you can connect to your programmable logic controller (PLC) to activate automated controls or alarms when a set vacuum is reached. Change settings and view readings on the digital display.
    For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's vacuum range and output signal. As vacuum decreases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated vacuum range.
    1V DC to 5V DC Output Signal—Transmitters with 1 to 5V DC output signal connect using three wires. Two wires connect to the power supply, and a separate wire sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.

    Adjustable-Range Vacuum Transmitters

    Account for changes in vacuum readings over time by fine-tuning the vacuum range on these transmitters. Also known as adjustable zero or adjustable span, you can change the top and bottom of the vacuum range by up to 5%. This saves you from having to make corrections on receiving devices, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote displays, and motor speed controls. These transmitters, often called transducers, convert vacuum to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices to monitor vacuum or control equipment.
