    Bolt-On Aerating Vibrators

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aerating Vibrators. Bolt-On Aerating Vibrators.
Install from inside your tank and secure with the included mounting bolt. It vibrates as air passes between the pad and bin wall to create flow in your bin or hopper to dislodge compacted material. Use with dry, powdery materials such as cement, starch, and clay. For large containers, mount several aerators in rows set 6" to 18" apart.

    Steam-Powered Jet Pumps

Image of Product. Side1 orientation. CrossSection view. Contains Annotated. Jet Pumps. Steam-Powered Jet Pumps.
Use plant steam to pump liquids and gases, prime pumps, and remove fumes. When high-pressure steam enters the intake, it creates suction that draws a second liquid or gas into the pump body and discharges a pressurized blend of the two. The discharge pressure is greater than the suction flow but lower than the intake pressure. Gas suction flow is calculated using steam at atmospheric pressure. They have no moving parts or seals, eliminating downtime for lubrication and repairs. They're also known as eductors, ejectors, and injectors.
Note: Liquid suction flow rate is calculated using 80 psi steam at 0-40 feet of discharge head.
Bronze Housing—Bronze is more corrosion resistant than steel.
316 Stainless Steel Housing—316 stainless steel pumps provide the most corrosion resistance.

    Easy-Maintenance Weld-On Aerating Vibrators

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aerating Vibrators. Easy-Maintenance Weld-On Aerating Vibrators.
When access to the inside of your tank is difficult, this vibrator can be installed and removed from outside of the bin for easier cleaning than bolt-on aerating vibrators. Also known as a fluidization nozzle, it creates flow in your bin or hopper by combining vibration and aeration to dislodge compacted material. It is often used with dry, powdery materials such as cement, starch, and clay. Use continuous air to aerate your bin. They can be used in a system with a timer and solenoid valve to create a vibrating or pulsing action. To install, insert the bushing through a hole in the bin wall until it's flush with the inside of the wall. Then weld it in place, thread the nozzle into the bushing and connect your air supply. For large containers, mount several aerators in rows set 6" to 18" apart.
