From lifting heavy objects to mixing large vats, these compressors power the equipment that keeps your production line going. They use pistons to compress air in two stages to generate higher pressures and flow rates than single-stage compressors. This two-step process—compressing air, cooling it, and compressing it again—prevents heat and reduces wear, so you can run them continuously.
When choosing a tank size, keep in mind a larger tank capacity means you won't have to run them continuously, which extends their life. These compressors turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure.
If you plan to run them continuously, use SAE 20 synthetic oil (sold separately) to maintain performance and efficiency.

    Fire Sprinkler Electric Air Compressors

Maintain air pressure in your sprinkler system. These piston air compressors turn on when their tank pressure drops to the actuation point, then turn off when it reaches the maximum. They are UL and C-UL listed, as well as CSA and CSA-US certified, so they meet U.S. and Canadian safety standards.

    Light Duty Electric Air Compressors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Air Compressors. Light Duty Electric Air Compressors.
Pressurize air to power drills, wrenches, and grinders. Because they’re single-stage, these compressors are best for infrequent use. They turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure. Hardwire them to your power source. Choose a compressor with a tank size that matches your application. The larger the tank, the more tools it can power. A greater reserve of air means the compressor can run less often, which keeps it cool and improves energy efficiency for a longer life.
Intermittent Duty (4.5 Minutes On, 5.5 Minutes Off)—Compressors for intermittent duty require a cooling period between uses so they don’t overheat.
Continuous Duty—Compressors for continuous duty can run without a cooling period. They’re designed for applications that require a constant supply of compressed air.
Oil—Pair air compressors with the listed oil (sold separately) to extend their service life.

Power drills, wrenches, and saws around your facility. Compact and lightweight compared to other air compressors, these air compressors come with handles or wheels, so you can move and store them out of the way when not in use. Because they’re single stage, these compressors are best for infrequent use. They turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure.

    Low-Noise Electric Air Compressors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Air Compressors. Low-Noise Electric Air Compressors.
As quiet as an idling forklift, these rotary screw compressors make less noise than traditional piston compressors but deliver the same power. They turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and off when it reaches the maximum. Use them for manufacturing, processing, and packaging jobs where steady output matters—you can run them continuously. If you plan to run them continuously, use SAE 20 synthetic oil (sold separately) to maintain performance and efficiency.

    Electric Air Compressors with Aftercooler

Image of Product. Front orientation. Air Compressors. Electric Air Compressors with Aftercooler.
Power equipment with built-in moisture control—these air compressors have a built-in aftercooler that cools down air leaving the compressor to remove condensation. This helps relieve the strain on your separator and dryer down the line. These compressors are useful for air-powered tools, where corrosion can clog air lines, and for control systems, where moisture can disrupt signals.
These compressors use pistons to pressurize air in two stages—compressing air, cooling it, and then compressing it again. This two-step process reduces wear, limits heat buildup, and improves overall efficiency. The integrated aftercooler cools the air as it exits the compressor, condensing any remaining moisture so it can be drained before it causes an issue. The automatic drain clears the condensate from the tank to keep everything running smoothly—especially important in high-moisture lines.
These compressors turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure. They can run continuously without a cooling period. If you plan to run them continuously, use SAE 30 synthetic oil (sold separately) to maintain performance and efficiency.

    Economy Electric Air Compressors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Air Compressors. Economy Electric Air Compressors.
Designed with occasional use in mind. These two-stage compressors deliver the same high pressures and flow rates as standard models, but their undersized motor must work twice as hard. They run hotter, louder, and are less durable than more expensive two-stage compressors.
These air compressors turn on when tank pressure drops to the activation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure. They can run continuously without needing a cooling period. Use SAE 30 synthetic oil (sold separately) to maintain performance and efficiency.

    With Handles and Wheel

No need to hunt for an outlet—these gasoline-powered compressors power your tools anywhere you go. Their engine is manufactured to tight tolerances, so it’s generally quieter, lasts longer, and requires less maintenance than other engines. As single stage compressors, they’re best for infrequent use. These compressors turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure. Pair them with the listed oil (sold separately) to maintain performance and efficiency.
Import regulations restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions.
Continuous Duty—Compressors for continuous duty can run without a cooling period. They’re designed for applications that require a constant supply of compressed air.
Intermittent Duty—Compressors for intermittent duty require a cooling period between uses so they don’t overheat.

    Gasoline-Powered Air Compressors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Air Compressors. Gasoline-Powered Air Compressors.
Mount these air compressors on your truck for compressed air where electrical power isn’t available. They're great for powering large equipment out in the field, such as lifts used to move heavy objects. Their engine is manufactured to tight tolerances, so it’s generally quieter, lasts longer, and requires less maintenance than other engines.
These air compressors use pistons to compress air in two stages, which generates higher pressures and flow rates than single-stage compressors. This two-step process—compressing air, cooling it, and compressing it again—prevents heat buildup and reduces wear. They turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure.
Compressors require SAE 30 synthetic oil (sold separately) to maintain their performance and efficiency.

    High-Flow Low-Pressure Compressed Air Blowers

Also known as regenerative blowers, use these to produce high-flow compressed air with low pressure or vacuum to operate pump drives, lift tables, and conveying systems. Compressed air blowers are also used for drying, exhausting, and aeration.
Air circulates inside the blower housing to compress air, which generates pressure or vacuum.
    Single Stage
Image of Product. Front orientation. Blowers. High-Flow Low-Pressure Compressed Air Blowers, Single Stage.
Single-stage blowers circulate air once and then exhaust.
Inverter Rated—Inverter-rated blowers have a motor that can run at slow speeds without overheating, so they can be used with a motor speed control (variable frequency drive).

    Large-Diameter Remote-Discharge ASME-Code Fast-Acting Pressure-Relief Valves for Air and Inert Gas

These valves meet ASME Code Section VIII for use with air and inert gas pressure vessels. Commonly used with high-volume blowers, compressors, and air-powered conveyors, they quickly relieve a large amount of air in systems with a pipe size of 2 or greater. They spring fully open at the set pressure and remain open until the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. Attach a drain line to the threaded relief port for remote discharge. Valves have a cast iron body to absorb vibration for reduced noise and wear in your pipeline.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Compressed Air Aftercoolers. Water-Cooled Compressed Air Aftercoolers.
Connect these aftercoolers to a cold-water line to chill hot air coming from a compressor—no electricity needed. Cooling the air condenses water for removal from your compressed air system. Install a separator (not included) after your aftercooler to collect and discharge water.
