Round Body Air Cylinders for Narrow Spaces

Also known as pancake cylinders, these deliver as much force as other cylinders, but with a shorter stroke to function in small spaces. They have holes for mounting.

Impact-Resistant Round Body Air Cylinders

Built to withstand hard knocks, these cylinders have a thick barrel wall for more durability than standard air cylinders. They combine the form of a round body air cylinder with the rugged construction of a tie-rod body air cylinder. All are double acting; they use air to exert force in both directions.

Nose-mount cylinders have threads and a nut on the front of the cylinder and install in a fixed position horizontally or vertically.

Sensor-ready cylinders have a magnetic piston to activate relays and controllers. When the piston moves past the sensor (sold separately), the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors. Attach one for each action you want to trigger.

Subminiature Round Body Air Cylinders

At less than two inches in length, these cylinders actuate small devices in spots where other cylinders don’t fit. They’re single acting, push style—air extends the rod and a spring returns the rod to its original position. Port is 3-56 UNF female; cylinders come with a barbed adapter for 1/16" ID tubing.

Nonrotating Compact Tie Rod Air Cylinders

These cylinders have two parallel piston rods that prevent the head from twisting as they extend and retract. They pack force into a smaller footprint than our other tie rod cylinders. Cylinders have holes for mounting; the back end must be mounted against a solid surface.
