Air-Pulse Flow Control Valves for Filter Cleaning
Designed for use in dust-collection systems, these normally closed diaphragm valves periodically burst air to knock debris from filters. Connect the valve’s inlet port to your air supply, and connect the outlet port to the blow tube in your system.
A solenoid is required to actuate the valve.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow a control valve can provide to your cylinder.

Also known as diaphragm valves, these have a diaphragm that can handle dirty liquid, slurries, and abrasive media without damage. They operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. All meet ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class IV for tight shutoff and have a leakage rate of less than 0.01%.
All valves have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to actuate the valve; they automatically return to the valve starting position when the air turns off. The actuator is secured to the valve body with a bracket for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. These valves are normally closed unless actuated.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze valves.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Less than half the height of standard severe-duty valves, these fit in small spaces and low-clearance pipelines. They have a diaphragm that can handle dirty liquid, slurries, and abrasive media without damage. All operate on compressed air to automatically start and stop flow. You must control the air to the actuator using either an electric pilot valve (not included) or a manual on/off valve (not included). Valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.
All valves have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to actuate the valve; they automatically return to the valve starting position when the air turns off. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Normally closed valves are closed unless actuated. Normally open valves are open unless actuated.
