Prefilter Air Filter Pads

These pads are an economical choice for protecting more expensive filters that catch finer particles. Cut to the size you need; frames are sold separately.

Pads meet UL standards for flame retardance.

Synthetic fiber pads have a heavy dust-holding capacity and withstand poor weather conditions such as rain, snow, and wind. Often used in upstream HVAC applications, they’re durable and can catch dirt, dust, hair, and other large particles. The material of these pads is also known as hog hair.

All meet UL 900 flame retardance requirements.

Pads with a carbon concentration of 375 g/sq. ft. provide greater odor control than other pads and can handle ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and other gases. They are often used in hospitals and laboratories.
