Prevent static from damaging sensitive equipment as you use an air-powered dispenser. These barrels drain static away from your application, so they won’t pass along harmful charges. This makes them ideal for applying adhesives to electronics. Their black color keeps light-activated contents from hardening or curing before use. To dispense, you’ll need a static-control tip with a luer lock or luer slip connection.

Reduce fatigue by using pressure from your air compressor to dispense viscous fluids. These dispensers are especially useful for adhesives that are too thick and sticky to push out with the force of your thumb. Simply step down on the foot pedal for as long as you want to dispense out of the syringe barrel (sold separately for some dispensers). All have an air pressure control knob you can adjust to change the flow, depending on your material and the amount you want to dispense. Since you operate these dispensers with your foot, you’ll have both hands free to position the syringe barrel and make adjustments.

Fill syringes quickly without the mess—these tanks use compressed air to push viscous liquid into a syringe. They hold up to a gallon of material, so you can fill many syringes one after another. To fill a syringe, connect a compressed air source to the tank, twist a syringe onto the dispenser, and slowly turn the ball valve. If you’re using a manually powered syringe, check first to make sure the plunger is fully depressed. For air powered ones, check that the stopper is fully inserted.

Monitor the tank’s pressure with a built-in gauge. An included regulator works to hold the tank pressure around the recommended 100 psi. If the pressure gets too high, pull the tab on the release valve. To prolong the life of the material in your tank, you should release the pressure after filling your last syringe.
