    Aluminum Balls

Image of Product. Front orientation. Aluminum. Aluminum Balls.
Lighter than steel and stronger than plastic, these balls save weight while standing up to wear and tear. They're widely used as grinding media and in valves and bearings.
2017 Aluminum—An economical choice when you need high strength.
2024 Aluminum—The strongest aluminum balls we offer.
3003 Aluminum—The best choice for high-speed bearings. These balls are hollow, so they're even lighter than solid aluminum balls to spin faster and generate less heat. However, they can't handle as heavy loads. They won't degrade outdoors or from mild chemicals.
6061 Aluminum—The most widely used aluminum balls, balancing strength and corrosion resistance.

Install these ball transfers in a threaded hole or use a nut to secure.
Weight capacity is given for the ball up orientation. Using these ball transfers in a ball down or angled orientation could reduce the weight capacity stated.
Stainless Steel Ball—Stainless steel balls offer the most corrosion resistance.
Angled—Ball transfers with an angled working orientation can be used to form support stands.

    Calibration Spheres for CMMs

Image of Product. Top orientation. Contains Annotated. Calibration Spheres. Calibration Spheres for CMMs.
Test your coordinate measuring machine (CMM) probe and stylus against a precise reference point before you start inspecting. These spheres come with a calibration certificate traceable to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) that confirms their accuracy. Made of tungsten carbide, they won’t lose their precise shape or size over time.
To prepare your probe for different inspection angles, adjust the angle of the sphere. For example, if you need to measure underneath a part, angle these spheres down to 45°. They rotate 360° even when angled. They snap into place when they’re perfectly vertical, the most common position. After you’ve positioned these spheres how you want, lock them in place by tightening the collar. Each time you adjust the sphere, you’ll need to recalibrate your probe and stylus.
Smaller spheres are best for probes with smaller stylus ends. As a rule of thumb, you should use the 25 mm dia. sphere for any stylus with an end diameter over 2 mm.

    Hitch-Ball Coupler Locks

Image of Product. Back orientation. Hitch-Ball Coupler Locks. Style B.

    Style B

Insert these locks into the hitch-ball coupler latch or socket on your trailer to prevent theft. Each lock is plated or powder-coated to stand up to weather, so you can use them on outdoor trailers without worrying about corrosion.

Image of Product. Back orientation. Hitch-Ball Coupler Locks. Style B.
Style B locks block access to the socket, so no one can hitch your trailer without the key. These locks are a good choice when your trailer is unhitched from your vehicle, such as during drop-offs or while in storage. They are one piece and compact for easy installation and storage. Made of aluminum, they resist corrosion better than steel locks.

    Hitch Pin Locks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hitch Pins. Hitch Pin Locks, Style B.

    Style B

Secure trailers to vehicles by locking the hitch pin into the receiver—you can't disconnect the trailer without the key. Use them to prevent someone from stealing your trailer or moving it. Built to stand up to any weather, they're great for outdoor trailers. The lock body rotates around your hitch pin, so you can easily reach the key into the cylinder to unlock. A plastic cover protects the key cylinder from water and debris, so it won’t freeze, corrode, or jam.
Style B—Style B lock from behind your vehicle—access to the key cylinder is parallel to the hitch. Made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion better than steel locks. The included cover is connected to the lock.
Keyed Alike—Choose keyed alike locks if you need several locks that open with the same key.
Keyed Differently—Choose keyed differently locks if you need locks that each open with a different key.
For 2" Hitch Receiver Height—Locks for 2" square hitch receivers fit class III and IV hitches.
