Ultra-Machinable Cast Aluminum Sheets

Machine reliably flat parts for CNC routing tables, assembly jigs, and precision tasks. These sheets are cast to consistent thicknesses and won’t distort as you machine them. Even at whirring speeds, they cut precisely with minimal tool wear.
MIC6 Aluminum—Machines like butter, even better than cast 5083 aluminum. The best for large-scale jobs, MIC6 puts the least amount of strain on your tools. However, it's not as strong, corrosion resistant, or weldable.
5083 Aluminum—Our most corrosion-resistant cast aluminum. It's also stronger and easier to weld than MIC6 aluminum. Cast 5083 is comparable to Alca 5 and ATP 5.
